We went to Nate on the Brown team for a minor reoccurring problem. As always, Nate was terrific. He was attentive and understanding, laying out our options for us. We keep coming back to Landmark because of the people that you have like Nate.

Came in for a scheduled maintenance service on a busy afternoon so I did have to wait a couple minutes to be assisted. Once I handed over the keys I relaxed in the waiting area where a representative of the Red Team asked if I wanted my truck washed after the service which was nice. I was in and out after about an hour

Nate was great to work with. I had an intermittent starting problem that I was not able to replicate for him. Nate listened to my description of the problem and was able to put the service technician on the right path to finding and fixing the issue which turned out to be a failed component in the emission control system.

Nate was very efficient and caring. He took time to listen to all my concerns and addressed everything to my satisfaction. I was considering going to another service center after being unsatisfied with another team before switching to his and I am so glad I did; as he really made our experience better.

This I believe is the fifth Ford I purchased at Landmark (2 Taurus & 2 Explorers. My new Edge was the easiest and fastest purchase ever. Kudo's to Diane Pohl for making is so!

Provided by YP.comEmailed about a stress crack in the mirror of my new Edge. Chris Kelso returned my message with a call and I subsequently brought the vehicle in for inspection. He photographed the problem, contacted Ford and got approval for the repair all in the same day. Repair was done in less than 30 minutes. Chris was courteous, professional and remembered me and my issue between contacts. Excellent!
