Fast and easy, great service and to the point.

This was just my first oil change on a new F150. I have been a long time customer of ford and Landmark Service. Kyle did a good job getting me in and out of service.

I have been bringing my truck to Landmark Ford since I purchased it in December 2014. James from the Blue Team has been very easy and great to deal with, is up front if anything needs to be done, and the staff at the service center are all very friendly and nice to work with.

Jason went above and beyond to help me out and get me back on the road quickly and efficiently. I had a flat late at night and had an important event to get to. He fit me in to his busy schedule so I could get where I needed to be safely.

I loved working with Kari through every step of the process. She was patient with me and listened to my needs and wants in a new car. I had been dreading the experience of getting a new car, but she made it an exciting and laid-back one.

I want to give a shout out to Nate on the Brown Team for the terrific manner in which he coordinates my service work each time I come to Landmark Ford. Whether I'm looking for advice, a recommendation, a rushed oil change or a ride home or loaner car, Nate takes care of it. And, I feel Landmark's combination of extended service hours and reasonable service costs keeps me coming back as well. Nate and Landmark Ford are a great team!

I made an appointment for the first service on my new truck, got in right away, Jason took care of everything and the service was completed on time.

I knew what I wanted. Kari quickly responded and Landmark found the right vehicle. Paperwork was efficiently completed. I was given every opportunity to get answers. I was done as quickly as possible without missing any essential items.

The experience was great. I arrived a few minutes late for my scheduled service appointment and they took care of the service anyway. No hassle. I love that they offer to wash the car too.

No pressure by our salesperson. The negotiating process was exceptional - only three back and forths on the price. The manager worked with us in getting the price we were willing to pay. We received excellent direction on the tech aspects of the car from both James and Carrie. Overall, a very laid back and comfortable buying experience
