I'm thankful to have found a service department like Landmark's. I will not be returning since I am moving back to Texas. Thanks to Jered and the rest of the team for always taking great care of me and my Explorer.

I have only received courteous and helpful service from Mr. Snapp and the Orange Team. A satisfactory arrangement for a rental car was offered while my car was being worked on and I experienced a minimum of disruption to my work life. I must say the ability to bring in my car in the evenings after work is a fantastic bonus and one that keeps me coming back to Landmark.

Everything went as scheduled for my 6 month service appointment. Steve Moralez, the assistant service manager, is attentive to details, and every bit of help which I requested was completed within one day, while I drove a loaner car to my errands.

Provided by YP.comMike set up the schedule for the 4 replacement tires on my 2013 Flex. Jason took care of the service. As requested, the new tires were set to 40 psig, and the spare was set to 60 psig. Got on the freeway and at speed, the vehicle was smmooth, indicating good wheel balancing. All systems go.

Provided by YP.comWas good. They were running 20 minutes behind but that was fine. I had asked them to wash and vacuum the car which they did but forgot the back very back (which needed it badly) and didn't wipe down the car after the wash??? I know it was rainy that day but by not wiping it clean after we drove home is was dirtier than when they started which meant I had to "pay" and have it washed the next day. That was disappointing!

Great customer service from the detail shop under the direction of (Bruce). Very friendly and provided all the options to protect the paint on my 2011 Ford Escape Limited. I enjoyed seeing him again.

First, WAY TOO MANY APPOINTMENT REMINDERS: calls at home, calls on cell phone, e-mails. Worse than my dentist. Offensive that Landmark thinks I can't remember an appointment. One or two reminders is fine, but 8! REALLY!

Excellent in every way!! For me, the service dept will make or break my decision on where to buy my next car. Steve and the woman in rental cars are more than superb!! Thank you Landmark Ford!
