I brought my 2011 Ford Explorer Limited into the Service Department due to Ford Recall Number: 15S11.

Service was like always great.

Came in for an oil change. Received complimentary ride to park and back, plus car wash. All good.

My only complaint is in regards to the new "shuttle" approach to giving me a ride home. I would much prefer the old method as I typically don't have time to ride all over the county dropping others off.Thanks,Mike

Made the trip up to Portland to buy a car, found one at landmark and they were able to get it through inspection, the mechanic, and detailing all in one day so that I could return to bend for work the next day. The Brown Team manager was very helpful in answering my questions and getting the proper service for my car.

My service appointment was excellent. Mike Walker ALWAYS gives us really exceptional customer service every time we bring any of our vehicles in for anything. He is a wonderful representative for your service department, and he along with his team are the reason we will continue to bring all our vehicles there. Also your service department hours are the best anywhere, I work nights and being able to bring my vehicle in up till midnight and have a shuttle take me home if needed is also a major plus for us.
