I called service at 8pm on Thursday night before Labor Day weekend. My check engine light had come on and I discovered there was a problem. Kyle initially told me there wasn't an appointment until Tuesday. My car wasn't drivable for more than a short distance. When I expressed my concern with needing a car over the weekend and the financial challenge of having to rent a car for 4-5 days Kyle found a solution. He asked me to bring the car in that night as he was 95% sure he could get it serviced. He even found me a rental! I was incredibly thankful and had my car back the next day.

Happy with Kyle so far. Does what he says he's going to to. Liked that Ross came out to discuss a rather difficult installation of after the fact parts, and was willing to install them how I liked. Nice having Jennifer roaming around to greet, come get me when my ride is ready, etc. Guys in parts have been good. Late service hours has been helpful to me.

Great service Done in a short amount of time. Loved the lady (I didn't get her name) who was hanging out outside. She greeted me, helped get me to where I needed to go when I arrived, and directed me to my car when it was ready to go.
