Best of the Best

We brought our 2012 Ford Escape in for a complete detail to Bruce. He did an absolutely beautiful job as always and we will continue to bring our vehicles in to him. We also recommend others to Bruce because he takes great pride in his work and ensures our complete satisfaction every time without fail.We also brought our 2014 Ford Fusion in for a routine oil change. Jered Billings is by far the best service writer we have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and also takes great pride in his work. We will miss him greatly as he is a very big loss for the dealership! Bobby has BIG shoes to fill.

Great Dealership

It took an 65 minutes to have my oil changed, and other areas that are part of the maintenance checks as well as a car wash. Everyone was friendly. Nice to have fruit and newspapers in waiting area.

The Best Service

In and out with a hand-wash in a little over an hour. If I could offer any criticism at all, it would be to dry the vehicle after the wash. The kid took it from the water hose directly to me, soaking wet. By the time I got home the car was filthy, so I washed it again. Waste of both our time. Not a huge deal. I was planning to wax it anyway.

Wonderfull

We've been going to Landmark for 30 years. Service was fine except time involved. I was told it would take 75 minutes and it took 120. It would have been helpful to be told, when they had to get a part from elsewhere, that it would take longer. Why ask for my email address when you obviously have it??????? And, why do you ask if I agree to the terms when I don't agree to the terms. What a pain this survey is.

I have been in twice now and Kyle and his staff have taken great care of me. They took care of a major transmission the first time and also a door seal. This time around they couldn't duplicate my issues but they made a good effort to make sure nothing was wrong. When I say that Kyle is literally the best anyone could ever be at his job, I'm not exaggerating. I know I will be in good hands every time I visit!
