Richard is a true professional. He explains the issues and gives you choices on how best to fix the problem.

We had a great experience with Richard. He was honest and upfront with the work that needed to be done. He offered different options and choices and explained everything so that I could understand. I decided not to have any work done and Richard was supportive and understanding, he did not pressure me or insist on anything. He was extremely nice, and even though I didn't have any work done, I will call Steve's Plumbing and ask for Richard next time I do.

Richard did another fabulous job installing five new bath sinks. The job required adjustments in the existing plumbing that he handled well. The new sinks look great and work well. He was very courteous during the job as well. Thanks Richard!

The proverbial weekend sewer plug--Willaim showed up early on Sunday morning, found the problem which had been a long time in the making. He tried very hard to unplug the line but couldn't. He came back as promised on Tues with a helper and got the line replaced and going. I am so grateful. They were so nice I fed them lunch. Thanks so much.

Very pleased with Steve's Plumbing and with William in particular. William came to our house late on a Sunday afternoon. We liked the appointment time because we are usually pretty busy Monday - Friday. William was polite, he explained our options, and he cleaned up after he finished. I would recommend both William and Steve's Plumbing to a friend.

We just want to commend Mike on the superior job he did! We had several household plumbing repair issues so we called Steve's Plumbing based on their excellent reviews. We weren't disappointed! We had one-day service from the time we called to job completion. Extremely courteous and professional and had products in our price range right on the truck. (Extra credit goes to Steve for dropping off the sink.) We're really pleased with both the quality of the service and the fixtures. Mike took extra care to clean up after the jobs, too -- a plus! We will definitely be using this company again next time we need a plumber.

My 26-yr old toilet was running and I couldn't stop the water flow. Called other places and they'd send someone in 5 days. I googled Plumbing in my area and got Steve's. With one phone call, I had a great guy (Mike!) come that very day and he even installed a beautiful new toilet, complete with perfectly fitting the carpet around it, and I couldn't be happier. And what a friendly guy! I'll call Steve's for all my plumbing needs now.

I needed my garbage disposal and leak fixed as soon as possible. I can believe how easy it was to schedule an appointment. I did it online and less than 30 minutes later, I got a phone call; they were able to come that morning. That was already a great surprise, but then I unexpectedly got an email letting me know specifically who my technician would be, his picture and his background. That really impressed me. When William arrived, he very pleasant and patient, and he explained what was going on. He also pointed out some other issues and then thought it would be a good idea if I knew where the emergency water shut-off valve was just in case something happened in the future. I got much more service than I expected. I would recommend Steve's Plumbing in the future.

Mike Adamson from Steve's Plumbing came out today to replace some traps and fix a clog on our sink. He was on time, courteous, and efficient. He left the workspace neat and tidy and did a great job. I would highly recommend Steve's Plumbing and Mike as well.

Tremendous thanks to William for his prompt, professional and courteous service regarding my leak.He was able to fully determine the source and give me a complete quote to ultimately solve the problem. He also braved a crawl space with a known large spider (silver dollar sized) residing in it. His know-how and expertise are greatly appreciated. I know exactly who I'll call next time I have a problem!

I had water that would no longer get hot. Kris came out today and from the beginning to end was nothing but a professional. He explained everything in terms I could understand, presented all the pricing, and even educated me on our hydro-phonic heating system so I would be more aware of the annual maintenance that is involved. Kris was top notch, courteous, very knowledgeable and did an awesome job. I will recommend Steve's Plumbing to my fellow neighbors in our home owners association for sure!

I was in need of a repair of the toilet in our master bath. Chris came out and presented three options for taking care of the issue. Mike completed the annual maintenance at my home on April 8. He was very professional, complete and helpful. Everything was put back in the proper place which was notthe case last year. He let me know items needed to be taken care of in the future, he was thoughtful and did not try to "push" me into something. He left proper paperwork on future needs and left in a timely manner. When we experienced a sudden plumbing problem, we decided to give Steve's a try. Richard Saxton was our plumber on site, and was a consummate professional throughout the entire job. The process he undertook to fix the issue had us back in business in short order, and left the job site in pristine condition when done. Based upon this experience, I would not hesitate to call on Richard again.
