My husband and I just had William from Steve's plumbing come to fix a leaky outside faucet. I called for service and within 2 hours he was here. Above and beyond his exceptional knowledge of plumbing, he was courteous, respectful and polite. These attributes are just as important to a company as good workmanship. Upon arrival he assessed the problem and went to work. He checked for leaks at the meter. No leaks there so on to the faucet. Replaced the faucet and put new insulation on the pipe inside the garage. Showed me how to turn off and on the water to the house if we should ever need to. This is a company I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Don't hesitate to call them.

Steve's plumbing came out to my home to fix a jammed garbage disposal. They installed a new one. Kris was very interesting and explained things very well.

Finding a steady drip and what appeared to be mold in the laundry room closet was unpleasant. Calling Steve's Plumbing and having Will Taylor come fix the problem was EASY! They scheduled to my convenience, and showed up on time!!!! What a great SERVICE! Will came, my daughter was here to let him in, he took a peek and the problem and had to head out to get a part. I was home by the time he returned and he explained the problem, assured me he would fix it. I simply went into my office to work and about an hour later he showed me what he had done -- I hadn't expected him to remove the moldy drywall, but he had and that made me happy. Next Will gave me instruction to allow the space to dry out, spray with bleach and then it should be okay. No more leak, no more mold. Will was on time, professional, cleaned up any mess and did a great job. I'd recommend William Taylor at Steve's Plumbing to anyone looking for a good plumber. Pat

Kris jones was out at our house to fix some leaky shut off valves under my sink. We have used Steve's plumbing since 2003 and been extremely satisfied with there services. They are always on time, efficient, clean and we joined their diamond club membership about 3 years ago and have saved tons of money on our repairs over those years. I have no complaints about the service I received. A prompt appointment was made to fix two (!) toilets. Richard was on time, courteous and gave me several choices for repairs. He upgraded the systems in both toilet tanks. Very satisfied with his work.
