We came home to find water in our garage and we called around but found most companies could not come out the same day because of the weather challenges everyone was having. But the person talking to me on the phone was so sweet and got someone out here within 4 hours, and Mike A was a great person. He told us everything he was doing, he helped us to know how to avoid the issue in the future, and he was done within a couple of hours finding three breaks in the line. We were so impressed, we decided we would enter into a long term service contract with the company based on the terrific service

We were experiencing frozen pipes on a Sunday at 7am. We looked around to see if any plumbers were available and discovered that Steve s Plumbing was the only one that had business hours on a Sunday. Sure enough, we called Steve s Plumbing and, within an hour, William Taylor came to our house and started working on the problem. William Taylor was very knowledgeable about the problem and was quick to help us thaw the pipes. Now the water is running again and we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Steve s Plumbing to anyone, especially William Taylor, as he was very professional and courteous during his time here. Thanks!

Will immediately assessed the problem and within an hour, we were up and draining again! Will and his assistant were very pleasant and courteous, very professional. No muss, no fuss. I am pleased and will use Steve's again.

Well, once again Steve's came thru in spades for me. Richard Saxton also once again was there very quickly with answers, suggestions and skill. Solved my immediate needs very professionally and set me up with some needed upgrades on the spot and for down the road. I find Richard a very likeable and knowledgable guy and I appreciated all the options that applied laid before me with his suggestions and no pressure. We are having new countertops installed and had Richard come to remove our old kitchen sink and make some upgrades to our plumbing. He arrived on-time, was very informative about what he was going to do and had some great recommendations for moving forward with our small kitchen upgrade. We love working with Steve's Plumbing and will be seeing them in a week or so for the installation of our new faucet! Quality employees and efficient service.

Chris and trevor came out promptly. They were very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. The pricing was fair and they were very knowledgable. I liked the service and would recommend them to anyone who needs service and would use them again in the future.

I called steves plumbing after seeing great reviews, William and mike came out to look at some old plumbing in my bathroom. I had work like this done before and I new I was going to be in for a lot of lute. William explained to me my options on how to fix the problems. He told me there was two ways to do the work and one was allot more expensive than the other. He was very honest with me and said he will try the least expensive first and if that didn't work he wouldn't charge me and move on to the next level. He was able to do a thorough inspection of my crawl space for leaks and told me of other issues I might have. I would definitely recommend steves plumbing and William. Elizabeth

William and his partner came out ahead of schdule to take care of the problem. They said it might take an hour before they started but finished in about 20. Excellent service all the way round. looking forward to employing them again.

Steve's Plumbing was great, start to finish. We had a minor emergency and they did everything they could to send some out as soon as possible. Our plumbers, Richard and Trevor, did excellent work. As part of their service, they conducted a brief inspection of our entire plumbing system to look for potential problems. It provided piece of mind to have the inspection and a list of things to consider improving in the future.
