Very fast response...like less than 15 minutes from my initial call. Kris was knowledgable efficient and very clean. Excellent service!

Steve's Plumbing called me back immediately and sent a tech out the same day. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I will definitely call Steve's again. Couldn't ask for better service!

We had a pluming issue and I called Steve's he was courteous and quick to help me find a solution. He sent Kris J. He accommodated my time schedule and was here on time . Kris was cheerful and seems to love his work, very knowledgable and solved my pluming issues.

I had a problem with the bathroom that Was licking and kris came and fix it. He was very polite and explain everything very well as I kept asking the same questions:)

I thought Richard was very professional, no pressure, and his work was great. Finished the job quickly, cleaned up, and always considerate coming in, and out of the house using the slippers over his shoes. I definitely will recommend to others.

I had the chance to meet and talk to Chris I had a need for a plumber at the Retirment Center I work at, Chris impressed me so much with his knowledge and professional manner I asked him for his contact information. Two months later when the need to repipe the gas lines in our kitchen came up I was able to call him. Some plumbers shy away from gas line jobs, Chris was on top of it the minute he came into our facility and did a great job getting me a quote.

I got the name of this company from my realtor. She uses Steve's Plumbing for all her properties. They are amazing. We were able to have them come out the next day which was awesome. Kris came was on time and very professional. The job was done in no time. I will be using Steve's Plumbing if need be in the future for any job and asking for Kris again.

Had yet another freeze caused leak in my garage water line so called Steve's. Richard came out right on time, found the problem and suggested a permanent fix for my on going problems with this and a better valve which also had failed. In less than an hour he had solved a recurring nightmare. Time will tell, but I feel confident and very satisfied with Richard's solutions and skills. The price was reasonable as well.Thanks again Richard and Steve's.

Richard is a true professional. He explains the issues and gives you choices on how best to fix the problem.

The proverbial weekend sewer plug--Willaim showed up early on Sunday morning, found the problem which had been a long time in the making. He tried very hard to unplug the line but couldn't. He came back as promised on Tues with a helper and got the line replaced and going. I am so grateful. They were so nice I fed them lunch. Thanks so much.

Richard is very knowledgeable. He was very thorough explaining my options for tank replacement.

My 26-yr old toilet was running and I couldn't stop the water flow. Called other places and they'd send someone in 5 days. I googled Plumbing in my area and got Steve's. With one phone call, I had a great guy (Mike!) come that very day and he even installed a beautiful new toilet, complete with perfectly fitting the carpet around it, and I couldn't be happier. And what a friendly guy! I'll call Steve's for all my plumbing needs now.

I needed my garbage disposal and leak fixed as soon as possible. I can believe how easy it was to schedule an appointment. I did it online and less than 30 minutes later, I got a phone call; they were able to come that morning. That was already a great surprise, but then I unexpectedly got an email letting me know specifically who my technician would be, his picture and his background. That really impressed me. When William arrived, he very pleasant and patient, and he explained what was going on. He also pointed out some other issues and then thought it would be a good idea if I knew where the emergency water shut-off valve was just in case something happened in the future. I got much more service than I expected. I would recommend Steve's Plumbing in the future.
