There is a good reason why almost all reviews for Steve's plumbing has 5 stars. The service is done efficiently and professionally and Phil was very engaging and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Steve's plumbing to anyone.

William Taylor drove out to our house expecting a job and not an estimate. It was a long drive and he was great! We took extra cards from him and will recommend him to others. Hopefully the estimate gets approved and he can come install the system. Great job

I would give many more stars if I could!! Steve's Plumbing and Richard Saxton are just outstanding. I needed last minute scheduling for last Friday because new counter tops were going to be installed. Charlie was able to have Phil come out first thing to disconnect, I called the office as soon as the counter tops were done, and Richard was here within the hour to get it all reconnected. Last night (Sunday), I dropped my watch down the bathroom sink (no drain cover.) I emailed Charlie late last night to let her know what happened. She called bright and early this morning, saying Richard would be here this afternoon. He came early, retrieved my watch, cleaned it up, and it's still ticking! And, I have a beautiful new faucet with a drain cover :-) This kind of service is rare, and I commend everyone at Steve's Plumbing for providing prompt, professional, and outstanding service every time!! My Diamond Club membership has already paid off. Thank you!

A fine young man showed up at our home, but before that he gave us a courtesy phone call letting us know that he was a few minutes from our home. The technician, William Taylor, was immediately friendly and ready to work. William did a thorough search of the area and quickly determined the problem. He was optimistic, kind, careful, and very courteous. I was extremely impressed with his excellent professionalism and his amiable personality that gave me complete assurance in his abilities to handle any problem. Thank you very much for your excellent service. It is indeed a great pleasure doing business with you and I will highly recommend your company in the future.

Our shower sprung a leak on a Saturday - started leaking through the house. Called Steve's and Mike came out. He was amazing. Polite, responsive, efficient, friendly. He figured out that we had a "user error" on the shower, and then quickly installed and tested two other shower parts. I've had many technicians over the years in and out of houses, usually they talk down to you, talk too much or too little and leave with a large bill and less value. This time was the opposite. I had just the right information, fixed my problems, honest communication and great value. Thank you Mike and Steve's plumbing!

Prompt service call. Kris is very knowledgeable and provided tips we will be able to use in the future. Also, Kris was most courteous throughout the entire time at our duplex. Great service!!!

The plumber you sent is named Kris Jones and he very personable and good humored and very talented at his job. We had 3 major leakers and they were fixed in less than hour I think. Fast service, loved the quick diagnostic and just as quick on the repair. Loved that there was no extra charge on the weekend. Kris even did a complimentary inspection to make sure we had no other problems.

My son called Steve's plumbing and sent kris out. He located what was going on in my crawlspace. We had a split piece of pipe and kris took care of it the same day, which he wasn't supposed to due to safety concerns but he did it anyway. Thanks kris.

Calling in was great because they listened to my situation. They were also able to get Chris scheduled right away. Once here, Chris was very thorough in investigating the air bubbles on my system. Great service, very informative. Fortunately, we had a best case scenario.

We were wanting to fix our toilet and we called Steve's plumbing. Their service was very good. Kris was very friendly and explained our options to us.we will use their company again if we have any future problems.

Richard came over to our house late afternoon to inspect a leaky water heater. We opted to replace our old model with a tankless. We were so pleased that we could have the work done the same day. Richard stayed until after 8 pm to finish the job and was very thorough. The new system works great and we were so pleased with the service. This is the second time we've used Steve's Pllumbing and each time the work is done right with personable service and very timely.. I'd recommend Steve's to anyone. Thanks.
