William from Steve's arrived on time and successfully routed out a drain that had been flooding every time the washer emptied. I am very happy with the results. A plumber from Steve's has done the same service in the same drain twice before. It lasted about four years each time. I will call Steve's again for this and other plumbing needs.Thanks, William

Kris was prompt, called ahead and did an excellent job.

Our home started to develop some leaks so we called Steve's Plumbing to schedule an estimate. Well it was supposed to be in the afternoon, but William was able to fit us in between to others and arrived in about 30 min. He did a great job and not only gave us an estimate for the bare minimums but included suggestions for improvements. We were very happy with the service we received.

Kris was out today. Fast and efficient service.

Steve was very professional with intake, Chris the Plummer provided us with outstanding service. Our problem is solved and we now can rest assured our pluming needs have been taken care of. We are now long term clients!!

OK I'll explain that title. Kris arrived to look at a pipe under our home that a homeowner, (who shall remain anonymous) had previously attempted to repair. There is a very good reason I should stick to my own profession! The pipe was part of the hot water line so we needed to turn off the water to the hot water tank in the garage. I opened the garage door and I heard a moaning whimpering sound coming from my plumber. I followed the sound to find he had spotted the '66 Mustang we have. After asking him to please not drool on my car we headed under the house. I pointed out the offending pipe repair. Kris did a great job explaining "all things copper" under the house. I now understand how this pipe came to be in jeopardy and what to watch for elsewhere. And I have Kris's number on speed dial !!!!! Included in the call out is an inspection of the whole system which turned out to be a great thing. Kris pointed out a drain line coming from our master bath sink and shower that had not been properly supported when the house was built in '85. The result is the pipe was sagging and causing buildup in the line which would have soon lead to an icky backup. The black ABS pipe actually felt heavy at the slumped area. As with the copper pipe repair, Kris gave me a bid on the repair and asked if I wanted to proceed. That was a resounding YES! There were a couple of other things he noted on his inspection which we will do at another time. There was never any pressure to do more and I really appreciated his help in prioritizing the projects.While he was working under the house I thought I would taunt him a bit and pulled the Mustang out of the garage into the driveway. When he finished the repairs and came around to the front and saw the Mustang the whimpering started again. Long story short, I have happy house pipes and Kris's wife is happy with her new '66 Mustang. This may be the first time in history where the customer walked away with more money in her pocket than the plumber!!!Thank you Steve for having such professional and personable employees. Things got fixed and I learned a lot. All in all it was a great day.

I found kris online to fix my broken faucet. He arrived to my house within an hour. Due to expense my landlord chose not to complete the work. However, his knowledge and professionalism were outstanding and I'd recommend this company to my family and friends.

I called Steve's to resolve a plumbing problem that we thought we had discovered in a home inspection. Richard was prompt, thoroughly explained the options, and diagnosed the problem. Fortunately or unfortunately, there was no problem, and Richard explained why that was the case. I guess some plumbers would find some work to do, but Richard was very honest about what he didn't find, how had tested, etc. We've used Steve's before, so it's time we finally right a review.

Chris was professional, personal and pleasant. I highly recommend him. Best of all, he explained stuff to me so I could better understand plumbing issues in my house -- he could be a science teacher in another life.

Steve's plumbing sent out Kris to fix some plumbing issues caused by the construction across the street. He got everything fixed in a timely manner and was very good at explaining the work he completed.
