I order from ecs all the time and each time I am completely satisfied with not only the product and prompt shipping but also the knowledge of the staff who doesn't try to sell you the most expensive parts but will offer the lesser and guarantee the same quality. I most recently purchased a new grill and the experience was nothing short of excellent.

I have placed 17 orders in 3 years and the service has been top every single time. I have a European BMW E38 7 series and have been finding very specific parts on ECSTuning website that I have not been able to locate elsewhere. The photos are always very informative and the customer reviews for the parts help too. Of course I have been using the free shipping option for every order. Order processing time and delivery time is always adequate and reliable. All in all the ECSTuning has become my first choice for exclusive parts that are hard to get hold of, especially when it comes to EU model vehicles.

Selection is great, I've only ever had one issue and that was my recent transaction where a part was picked incorrectly for a suspension kit I purchased. Order number 303.609.311 But they provide excellent customer service and the problem was remedied quickly.

My Audi dealer found the parts I needed for me as ECS and they were shipped very promptly. I later discovered I could have saved one or two hundred bucks shopping elsewhere, but I'd rather be in a position to blame my dealer for choosing a supplier badly should that have turned out to be the case. I immediately started receiving ECS emails and the first one revealed a discount for first-time customers, which I was. I emailed ECS about that and was ignored. I will not shop there again. Would you?

I have purchased several things for my car from many sites. ECS is my go to on emergency needs and for nearly all obscure parts needed in an emergency. prices are competitive. Kits well assembled.

They actually phoned me to tell me about an issue with my order that resulted in a delay. Other online retailers probably would have just let it slide and wait for me to contact them saying "Why is my order taking so long?" These guys don't want my money. They want a customer for life, and they got it. If I can get it from them, I will. I'm so genuinely impressed with the service that I just can't shut up about it. Excellent communication, excellent service, and excellent range of products for my E36. Give these guys a try. You will see why I can't rate them highly enough.

I have been doing business with ECS for over 10 years and all I can say is "great business". I have never had an issue with any order that went unresolved. Great products at great pricing and watch for coupons and sales to save more. Highly recommended.

Large selection of original equipment parts....If thy don't have it, they will get it. Competitive pricing and good communication when required, usually via email. Would definitely recommend.

I've had nothing but good experiences with ECS Tuning. Shipping is fast, the assembled by ECS kits are great. If you own a German car this is the place to buy parts and accessories. They've always been quick with answering any of my questions. Overall it's been a great experience.

All the times that I bought parts in Ecs tuning everything was good 100% good service so the parts came about 4 or 5 days the worst was anout a week thanks

I have purchased from ECS a few times, over the past few years, since buying my 2001 325xi. Not only have I always been satisfied with their pricing and product selection, but I have had the pleasure of watching their own brand of parts become more and more prevalent. For example, I have noticed many new polyurethane bushings and other parts that provide an improvement over genuine or OEM parts. I recently purchased a rear upper shock mounting kit, which includes ECS reinforcement plates in addition to nice OEM parts. Their site it simple and easy, shipping was faster than predicted, and prices are consistently fair (or better than fair... they have the best deal on the windshield cowl I have seen, by a fair margin). I have been ordering from ecs since 2014 and they truly are a great company. I run ecs aluminum radiators, SS clutch lines, ecs coolant hoses etc...quality matches that of more expensive brand like mishimoto...see a better price contact a sales rep and they will match or get close to the price..I always recommend ecs to my friends

We use quite a few parts vendors..but if we can get it at ECS we do. Their customer service is top notch...they get the parts out to you extremely quickly..we love knowing and counting on this company for our parts needs.

Excellent products, excellent customer service!!! I have ordered multiple items from ECS over the last few months & I have never been let down on quality & fit. The improvements to my S4 have gotten me a ton of compliments & my performance just keeps getting better. Expect about a week for your parts to show even if you expedite shipping. other sites may get you parts faster but with their customer service & quality of the parts, ECS is just a better place to do business.
