ECS Tuning is my one stop shopping for my Audi. The service is great, and the return policy it the best. I have never had a issue with ordering parts for my Audi since i started ordeing from ECS from 2010 until present

Good quality, speedy shipping. but zero customer support. Emailed with a product support question - got an automated, "we will talk to you soon" message, and nothing else after more than a week.

The delivery process is very reliable, also the whole business is great, would highly recommend for any personal DIY on cars

I have always been extremely satisfied with ECS Tuning. They are always my go-to for German car parts. I particularly use them for every one of my Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. When it comes to service parts, tools, OEM and performance for Audi and Volkswagen ECS is the absolute best. Literally have every nut and bolt from OEM supplier. MASSIVE selection, carry tons of options. Also supply parts for BMW, Mercedes, Mini and Porsche. Have been a customer for a long time and will be for life. Shipping is always fast, never had an issue. Also I noticed they only carry quality products. You will not find any crap quality products. I have ordered many parts for my Jetta GLI from ECS tuning, from regular maintenance such as oil changes to OEM upgrades like a Euro head light switch which allows me to have more functionality and control over my lights, to aftermarket parts such as a boost tap kit and vent gauge pod! Started working on my car instead of taking it to the dealer. ECS always has what i need and every order i have received has been on time and had everything i ordered. I have not had any problems except for an occasion where i put in the wrong address on an order. ECS called me the next day but i could not answer because i was at work and by the time I was off they were closed. Called them the next day during my lunch break and told me the issue was already resolved.
