My PS3 wasn't able to read any disk, so I googled video game repair shop, P&P Computer Games popped up. At first I was hesitate to call, but i'm glad I did. Pavel was able to repair my Blu-Ray lense, and got me out in 20 mins!!!! I will def go back for business...If I ever need Anything related to Video Games or Computers!!!

We had an issue where the game would load but nothing would show up on the television screen. I described the problem to Pavel in an email and he knew exactly what it was. He fixed the Xbox while we waited and was very thorough in explaining to us what the actual issue was. When the time comes to have my xbox fixed again I will definitely call Pavel. Great Job.

Thousands of times easier and cheaper then calling Sony and dealing with them. Would recommend to anyone who has ANY problems with any gaming system or wanting to upgrade their current one. Pavel did a great job fixing our playstation 3 laser problem.. he was very quick, fixed it while we waited:) would def. recommend, price was very fair. much better then sending it to sony and paying crazy shipping cost!

was really pissed that my PS3 broke and I was pissed off that sony took so long and was so expensive and then I found Pavel and he fixed my PS3 in about 15 minutes and was a ton cheaper. Would recommend to anyone that needs system fixed.

MY PLAYSTATION 3 BROKE FOR THE SECOND TIME THE FIRST TIME I SEND IT OUT AND IT TOOK 3 WEEKS BEFORE I GOT IT BACK LUCKLY THE SECOND TIME IT BROKE I FOUND OUT ABOUT PAVEL CALL HIM UP WENT THE NEXT DAY, HE FIXED IT AND TRYIED IT IN FRONT OF ME ALL IN ABOUT AN HOUR, SURE BEATS THE WAITING AROUND FOR 3 WEEKS

My PS-3 crapped the bed with the YLOD and I didn't know what to do. So I found Pavel online and he fixed it in less than one hour. He also gave me a small warranty to go with it. Pavel is very trustworthy and is an asset to the Chicago Metro area in the computer & gaming system repair field. Gamers can feel comfortable that there is somebody who is highly qualified to work on their system besides Sony. It is also cheaper than paying $150 plus shipping just so Sony can keep your console for 4-6 weeks and swap it out with a refurbished system that was not your own. I already handed cards out to my family and friends. I will definitely call Pavel again if I have any more issues with my PS-3.

I had the three rings of death and a laser problem with my xbox. I searched online and found p&p computers on google search. I contacted p&p computers and talk to Pavel he was very professional and helpful. I told him what was going on with my xbox he explain to me in detail what the problem was. I went there the next day and pavel fixed my xbox while I waited for it. I highly recommend P&P for any problems with any game system or home computers and the pricing was unbeatable.
