We took our Xbox in for repair. I called and received an e-mail right away. Brought in Xbox and he fixed it within 2 hours. He wasn't able to fix Xbox and even gave my money back. I would definetly go back for service.

my ps3 was making a wierd noise when i tried to play games and wouldnt read or eject them so i brought it in and it was done within the hour which since i dont live very close was great

Was recommended to Pavel by a friend of mine, and could not have been happier. Reading the horror stories online about having to send Xbox back to Microsoft or PS3 back to Playstation for repair had be worried that not only would I be paying through the nose, I wouldn't get my system back for 6-8 weeks. It would be more worth it to by a brand new system, which I contemplated. But Pavel fixed both my systems THE SAME DAY, and for a fraction of the price. Thanks, and good luck on the new store!

I was looking for a alternative to sending in my Xbox(Broke due to having no video and the Red ring) to Microsoft for $100, I heard it can take forever to repair. I called Pavel and brought it in Monday night, and it was ready the next afternoon. He even brought me back and turned it on and showed it worked. For the price and speed you can't beat it! My Xbox plays just like it did before with out any problems! Take yours here you won't be disappointed!

I called here because I had a Wii that wasn't reading discs. After leaving it at Play N Trade in Crystal Lake for 3 WEEKS waiting for the repair, I looked up Pavel and he said he could fix it in the same day. We took it from the jerks at PnT and drove to Pavel. 2 HOURS later it was FIXED! I can't believe how fast it was done and how great it is working! He saved Christmas, and sooo affordably also!Thanks Pavel!!!

Called Pavel yesterday morning regarding my PS3 which was not reading games anymore, he told me what the problem was and said he can have it fixed in about 30 minutes. I was skeptical to go there at first, but I made it down to his store after work and he had everything fixed and ready to go in 30 mins. The PS3 is running smoothly now and doesnt make that wierd clicking noise it did when the disc was loading. Thanks Pavel for doing a great job, I highly recomment P&P Computer Games & More for allf of you repair needs.

Very quick repair (waited only 1 day) of my PS3 at a fairly reasonable price. And I did not have to wait 6-8 weeks for Sony to possibly fix it for more $$$. I definitely recommend that you bring your game systems to P&P for service.

Was thinking of doing the heat gun fix on my 360 but happened upon P&P and decided to take it there. Great price, fast and done right. Saved me a lot of time and money over doing it myself. Plus, Pavel knows what he's doing :)

I can't tell you how glad I am to have found this place. With three kids and a house full of electronic gadgets, I will be seeing these guys regularly. My kids recently killed the XBOX360. The last time this happened, it cost me $120 and two weeks without Madden. With P&P it was ONE day and $40. The repair was actually $50 but they offer a $10 Internet coupon. I almost felt bad using a coupon but they said no problem and I was on my way. Great place! I will definitely use them again in the future.
