I got the run-around from X-box about my 360. My kids wanted a new one for Christmas ( -oh no! The cost!) So happy we found P & P online. I highly recomend them to fix anything. Our 360 was fixed in one day for way less than what xbox wanted. Thanks guys!

Took my ps3 in and within 20 min pavel fixed it and at a great price

I really appreciate Pavel's honesty in telling me up front that two issues could be the cause of my XBox's Red Light of Death E74 error, and only one is repairable. Fortunately, he was able to repair it by the next day (I dropped it off late). His service is great, and he even brought me back into the shop and fired up my Xbox to demonstrate that it is completely functional. All has been well since. Christmas has been saved! I am very glad that I found P&P Computers...I know you will be satisfied too.

I have an older 60GB PS3 and finally got the Yellow Light of Death. I dropped it off and Pavel fixed it the same day! They are very friendly and professional. I drove down from Gurnee and it was worth the drive. I highly recommend going here. Thanks again!

My computer was dead slow, taking 30 + minutes to boot up and then another 10-15 minutes to log on to internet explorer. It was a NIGHTMARE!!Pavel did the repairs within a few hours and I am now logging on in approximately 2 minutes or less!!!!. Words cannot express my gratitude. I am like a kid in a candy store. I still can't believe I'm logging on within (2) minutes when it used to take me as long as 45 minutes. This is a tremendous Blessing because I use my computer for work. He is professional, reasonable, knowledgeable, and "timely". Don't wait another second, call Pavel right away!!!!!!!!

He did other things as well to my PS3 and did a great job in explaining why I got the YLOD (Yellow light of death) in the first place, what he was doing step by step and also gave me tips on how to prevent this from happening again. All that and he was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I wish him luck with his store opening in Schaumburg, IL.

Pavel was very professional and friendly. he fixed my PS3 in two hours for $60 when Sony was going to take 6-8 weeks and cost $150. I would Definitely recommend using him for your computer or game system repairs.

Hey, what can I say that hasn't already been said? Pavel provide excellent work in a VERY timely fashion. Despite the fact that I was only able to drop off my xBox 360 - RROD - on a Saturday afternoon, Pavel STILL made sure that I had it back later that evening. And trust me, he was busy enough; but he still makes sure that everyone is satisfied with his quality and meeting commitments on top of that. This guy is seriously a great Mr. Fix it. Very reliable, and reasonably priced as well. He knows his stuff, and his office shows it. He doesn't beat around the bush lets you know whats wrong, and if he can or can't fix it. he called me that my problem was special and that he would need to get me another price, gave me a quote, I agreed, and it was done 40 minutes later. Don't waste your money with Sony customer service, have Pavel fix it for you.Thanks Pavel

He's a real cool dude and always does a great job. I had YLOD the first time he fixed it real quick, second time even faster, and Pavel also gives great advice of how to take care of your system.

Pavel did a great job fixing my PS3, he replaced the laser in the BD player and reflowed my motherboard and heatsink. Fixed it up better than new, all for a great price in a short timeframe. Less than 1 day. Highly recommended. I won't hesitate to call Pavel again.
