I looked up PS3 repair in Chicago on Google and I found this listing, so I called them up, and I'm very glad I did. I price I got was very reasonable and I decided to check them out. The whole process was extremely smooth and Pavel fixed my PS3 YLOD problem 100%. It took only around one hour to complete, and now I won't have to cut off my arm or leg and send it to Japan! That's basicly how much it costs if you go through Sony. I would and will recommend Pavel to everyone, 100% satisfaction!

Went to get my 360 repaired and he fixed it, a few days later somthing else was wrong with it unrelated to the first problem, and I took it back to him and he didnt even charge me for it. This guy is cheap and fast. He knows what hes doing and has the right equipment on hand. Where else will you get a 30 day guarantee? I would go back to him anytime, and will probably buy a playstation 3 off him

Pavel was wonderful to work with to get my non-disc-reading Wii fixed. He was able to take me the day after I called, and was done repairing my Wii within an hour of dropoff (I wasn't able to get through my salad at lunch). My Wii works perfectly again, but I know that if I have any problem in the next 30 days, Pavel will take care of me. And beyond that, if I have any PC or game problem, he'll get my business. Recommended unhesitatingly.

I dropped off my PS3 that had the YLOD at lunchtime and went to pick it up after work the same day, and it was fixed. Pavel did a great job at a great price. I will continue to use him when needed.

The Comment Below is false advertisment made by a compatitor from craigslist, i cannot believe the extent some people go to make them look better, everyone please trust me and look at the previous reviews that have been posted by real customers that i have done business with before, thanks for looking and i hope we get to do business very soon.

Well I drop off my unit and it didn't get back for 2 days. Final got it and he say it was working. well 4 days later it stopped working. so I take it back he fix again 3 days later it breaks again. These guys don't know what there doing. Do not go here. My friend had same problem after 30 days his Xbox 360 stopped working. they could not fix it. Beware!!!

Pavel was able to fix my PS3 the same day I called at an hour of my choosing. It only took him about an hour to fix it and at a much lower cost than sony or another company would have charged.

I have a rare ps3 backwards compatible system. No one would work on it and warranty it. This guy is amazing. I dropped it off at 12:00pm and picked it up at1:00pm the same day. He cleaned the whole system in and out adjusted and fixed what was needed and not working. I got it back and oh my goodness it was like a new system. He even gave me a warrenty for it. He can even fix the three bars of death on xbox's.. Again I say WOW.. Thank you so much P.S. You can't beat his prices

Dropped an XBox off for repair before the Bears game and picked it up afterwards. Personable, efficient and fairly prcied repair.

After conducting extensive research online, P&P was by far the best choice in all critical areas when my PS3 died. Pavel offers not only fair rates for repairs but they truly are unmatched anywhere in the Chicago metro area including regional providers out of state. Needless to say P&P beats SONY rates and wait times so do not even bother wasting money on postage and labor or time waiting weeks for return shipment. More importantly, Pavel was honest, fast, experienced, and incredibly knowledgable. Even if repair places offer decent rates they may not necessarily possess these qualities. Pavel had everything you could want from a technician: he inspected the system, diagnosed the problem, explained its causation, explained what repairs were required as he performed them, justifies the rate, explains the warranty and shakes your hand before you leave. The defect on my PS3 took some careful hunting on is part and he still had me out in 30 minutes. Stop searching! P&P is the answer!
