Wayne Griffin came by my home today for our quarterly service and I was extremely grateful that he made sure to call when he was on his way to me. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to take care of all of my needs that day. Thank you so very much Wayne! You are greatly appreciated and I’m sincerely grateful.

We had a good initial service with Steve A. He was very professional and answered questions that we had. So far we are happy and will update after the first quarter service.

Parker Smart (Route Manager) in San Antonio was just at my door trying to sell me on Aptive Environmental. When I didn't agree to sign a contract with the company, he called me "ignorant". Yes, the sales / route manager trying to get a customer called the potential customer "ignorant". Told him to get off my property and that I will be calling the company about his remarks. Then he tried to tell me that he was sorry, too late. What kind of people do you have working for you Aptive?

This is a class company from the salesperson who solicited me at the door, the wonderful customer service, and the wonderful people who provide the quarterly service. Oh, they're pretty good at getting rid of the pests too! I'm very pleased and delighted to have selected A.E. for my pest control.

Josh N, was my pest guy today. He was very professional, and answered all my questions, and that put me at ease! I always hope to have this same experience, in everything i do.

Preston was on time for the appointment. Explained the package in detail. Job was done efficiently. Preston was also very friendly.

My house was serviced today by Aptive. Romolo Garcia was extremely knowledgeable and professional! He answered all of my questions and treated the entire house, the yard and even the playscape for the kids! I will be requesting him for my next service!

Preston Bates applied my initial treatment and was very thorough and took time to listen to what I felt needed to be treated and took immediate action. He even took time to remove all of my spider webs.

Mason O. Did a great job! He showed up on time and listened to all our concerns. He went over areas of concern and replaced all our traps. Very professional and pleasant conversation. Definitely requesting Mason again!
