This company is great and they will work with you no matter what. Today Tyler B went over and beyond and knocked out a wasp nest that just started to form. I didn’t have time to call the company to notify them but he saw it and took care of business. Thanks so much!

Chris Armstrong was very helpful today. When he came to my door he let me know exactly what he was doing and when he couldn't get into the back gate because its difficult he knocked and let me know right away. He got the job done quickly and didn't waste any time. Thank you.

Preston Bates came out today for my pest control treatment and I was very pleased. He was professional, friendly and got the job done in a timely manner.

I can’t say enough about my Aptive service and technician, Chris Armstrong. His promptness and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. He took care of the inside and outside of my house as requested then of course explained if I needed anything else to just contact the office and they would take care of it.

Cosme G. Preston Bates came and did my front yard and didn't get a chance to do my back yard since I have a dog and I was not home. Preston came back the next day to do my back yard and the inside of my house at no extra charge. I am pleased. He also did a great job. Thanks Preston.

I've been with Aptive for a little over a year now. The service pro's are always so professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and were very thorough. They also work so well with my schedule. I have requested same day services on multiple occasions and they always accommodate. The price is one of the lowest I have found in the city as well. Our technician (Preston Bates) came out and did a wonderful job. He listened to our concerns and asked all the right questions. He did a wonderful job of servicing the inside and then once we explained that the neighbors had a chicken coop, he went out of his way to lay down preventative treatments outside for all the pests that the chickens would attract. Mr. Preston Bates serviced our home in a very professional matter even donning shoe covers before entering the home. He made sure to spray the perimeter of my storage shed which he did without question.
