Preston Bates from Aptive came today for our quarterly treatment. I mentioned several things that needed attention which he quickly attended to, but went beyond that by taking care of snails on our fence and a wasps nest way up in second story eves! Spectacular service? Thank you, Jan V.

Jesse Flores was the guy who did the first treatment for us here in San Antonio. It was nice to be here when he came by for this treatment. He is knowledgeable and easily passed the questioning exam administered by my wife, who is tough on service and sales people.

Jose Medina provided great service. He was very professional and addressed all issues. Aptive always provides outstanding service.

My name is Gerry D. and I am one of your customers. Yesterday as I was working in my garage I saw a rat crawling along the side wall and I immediately called Aptive to have a technician come treat the area. Aptive typically comes every quarter, but also provides on-demand services as needed. I was told my technician (Mark M.) could come by the next day between 3 and 5 p.m. Mark showed up promptly at 3 p.m. He inspected the garage for droppings and told me there were none, which was a good sign. He mentioned that rats typically scout homes and garages for food and shelter and that is likely what happened. He inspected the back yard and actually found a dead rat. I told him my dog must have gotten to him. He picked up the dead rat and disposed of it. He also placed two traps along the sides of our garage door and explained what to do if they should capture another rat. Mark M. has now come by our house 3 to 4 times and has always been outstanding, courteous, and thorough when treating our home. My wife and I sincerely appreciate his level of professionalism.

Preston was extremely professional, and thorough. Answered all questions, and looked into and solved an issue with carpenter ants. Aptive is the way to go.

Preston was our professional serviceman today. He was prompt, and went out of his way to assist on explaining all the ins and outs of the service. He was very detail oriented and respectful.

Aptive provides excellent service. Very happy with our treatments. Jesse was punctual and so helpful with all my questions.

Jose Medina did a great job. He was very professional and courteous. He did both the front and backyard with no issues and sprayed the light fixtures to prevent wasp nests. He had a great attitude and seemed to enjoy his job.

Preston was very helpful and attentive re: my pet dog who is in the yard frequently. He answered my questions and was patient.

Martin P came out and was great. He really took time to explain everything and made sure we got everything covered. No pest issues since he started coming out.

This is the 3rd quarterly treatment and they are doing a super job! Preston, the tech from yesterday's visit was professional, thorough, and did an excellent job! Our ants that were gobbling up our cat's food win a few minutes of putting it out, are gone, as are all the rest of the problem bugs.

Our service professional, Ryan, did an amazing job. His attention to detail, professionalism, and positive attitude was a breath of fresh air. He took pride in the quality of servicing our yard, exterior and interior of our home while being respectful and helpful to any of our questions. I am happy with your service at keeping the creepy crawlers from coming inside my house..HOWEVER... PRESTON..was dusting my windows and removing all cobwebs I never noticed..
before he sprayed for any critters this time..very courteous and answered all my questions..and this was just OUTSIDE..he took care of the inside as well..THANK YOU APTIVE.....NADENE T.

Ryan was fantastic! Took care of all of my concerns and even went above and beyond the normal work and purged my attic of pests. I informed him how much i dislike spiders and went around the house 2 times and 3 times in areas where there is outside living to remove any and all signs of them. I would strongly recommend his work and attitude any day!

My service pro, Ryan, did an excellent job while servicing our home. He was on-time, thorough, professional, and one of the few visitors our dogs seem to tolerate (they don't go crazy barking and trying to get out to him). We have had no problems with billing or service.

Ryan arrived 20 minutes into the 2 hours window I was given for my service, I really appreciated not having to wait an hour and 50 minutes like some vendors do (no names but they do cable!) Anyway, Ryan introduced himself and gave a firm handshake (very nice) was knowledgable and answered the billion questions I asked about my issue. He was very thorough and professional, kudos to Ryan, you are a credit to your profession!
