Ryan came by, he was professional, polite, and friendly. He asked if I had any concerns or problems that needed to be addressed, he also went over everything he did before leaving.

I was very impressed with Chris and his knowledge of the products he is using. Chris took the time to answer all my questions and was very professional. Chris is a plus to have working for Aptive.

Moses was awesome! He was such a pleasure to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable explaining everything as he worked making us feel very comfortable with the service and his presence. If there is a way to insure he is our technician for each visit we would greatly appreciate it. It's hard to find customer service like that now a days. Thanks so much, Active!
