The only nitpick I can come up with is that the PA system volume could have been a little louder in the waiting room. When it was announced that my vehicle was ready, I missed part of it and waited longer than I needed to until I finally checked with the service adviser and found out that it was ready. My hearing is still good. Next time I'll check for earwax before coming in.

Great service. I especially like the Rental Dept. I always get top level service and good prices at Landmark. I moved from LO to Beaverton and still make the 20 minute drive to get my cars serviced at Landmark.

Diane was extremely helpful and knowledgable in helping me select my truck. She took the extra step to make sure I had the truck bed cover the very next morning. She was also very personable and responded quickly to my questions. I would recommend Diane to any of my friends or family interested in purchasing a vehicle from Landmark Ford. Diane is awesome!!

We purchased a Ford Fusion on Sept. 3. We used the internet to find the car and came to the dealership on Aug. 31. Bryan was very helpful in locating the exact car in which we were interested. Although there was some mixup on where the car was located (not Bryan's fault), he was able to meet what we wanted.

Good Service

Two of the things were factory recall fixes that were done quickly. The other issue had to do with my inability to get the navigation system to function properly, so Jered found a GPS upgrade that he also did during the same visit. The Navigation System still doesn't work. I am going to take the car back next week for a further software upgrade to the voice recognition system that will hopefully fix the navigation system so that I can actually use it. Otherwise it is a piece of junk and not worth the extra money I paid for it.
