Excellent

As usual repairs and service were completed in a timely manner. Actual cost of repairs were below the qouted estimate (that was nice). The exterior of the car was washed when I picked it up. An unexpected bonus was someone at the dealership also vacuumed the interior. Thanks!

Very Pleased

I have been coming in for years and have bought my last 2 vehicles at Landmark. This was my best visit to date; Not that there was anything wrong before but this visit was flawless. Everything went smooth, even the software up-dates. I was kept informed regularly on the progress they were making on my service in a friendly/welcoming manor. Keep up the Great work Orange Team

Mike and the Red Team took me in without an appointment as I was experiencing unusual problems with our 2011 Fusion Hybrid. Within 30 minutes I had a diagnosis. Parts were ordered and next day we got our vehicle back. Great service,Thank you to Mike Walker and the Red Team

Tom was honest and easy to work with. He went out of his way to make the experience painless and went the extra mile to meet my needs. I used to dread the car buying experience with the hours of haggling, but my experience with Tom was quick and easy and I got a fair deal the first time around. Evelyn in Internet sales was also extremely helpful during my initial inquiry process.

Good Job

Fantastic. Prompt, friendly service. Clean waiting area. Car was finished exactly when promised. I love that Landmark always washes the car. Zero complaints.My only suggestion (not a critique of Landmark's service, just a thought I've had): We've had great difficulty with vacuuming the inside of our Focus; the nap on the carpet grabs hold of pine needles and other debris. If Landmark has a vacuum for car interiors that is more industrial/powerful than a typical home vacuum, it would be awesome if the car would be vacuumed when it's serviced. Given the choice, I'd probably choose this over the exterior washing, since it's such a hassle to vacuum the interior.Again: this is not at all a complaint about Landmark, I'm very happy with their service.

I really appreciated the professionalism that Charlie and everyone else demonstrated and his willingness to work with me on the purchase of my new vehicle.He was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions!I would definitely come here in the future for another vehicle purchase and will recommend Landmark to anyone else that is looking to purchase a vehicle.

I told Charlie Wilson what I was looking for, he found it within an hour, told me about all the rebate, and a final price, we agreed, he transferred the car for me, I went to Landmark Ford, and did the best transaction I have ever had, no hassle, I'm very satisfied with Charlie, and is hands down, the best sales manager I have worked with. My next new Ford will be bought through Charlie Wilson! He will go the extra mile!

Wonderful

The first time I drove my car at night after service I drove for some time before I realized the the headlights were turned off at the dealership. I wish I could get my car back without things being changed or turned off.
