Last-minute visit for The Works. No service writer in the booth. Checked in with receptionist. No wi-fi. Was told "almost done" but then had to wait another 20 minutes.

Brought car in late Saturday. Car was finished and ready late Thursday because they could not find out what was wrong. I expected to get back a washed car because they do it even with an oil change, and they had my car a ungodly long time. Maybe not washed because they wanted to get it back to me, but I was surprised.

Excellent follow thru on recall item. It did take my insisting that the recall was necessary for Landmark to properly respond, but once they agreed, the service was excellent.

I appreciate the treatment i have had from your service department.It has been professional and timely. I live out of town and travel to Landmark because of the treatment. They have always furnished me a rental when I have needed one. I use the Green team and they have been exceptional.

it took one and half hour for oil change even I arrived at my appointment time, but the service was very good and the staff was friendly.

It was the typical great service I always receive. Mike told me he would know within an hour what repairs may need to be made so I waited. He updated me on the problem, the estimated cost and the estimated time so I could leave and return. He recommended that I go ahead and do a tune-up since it would save on labor so we did. They did a great job and got me back on the road exactly when they said they would.
