Exceptional customer service and very timely with service on vehicle.

I brought my car in for its 24,000 mile check up and expected to wait for about 1 1/2 hours - no problem! About 15 minutes in the Gold team leader came back to me to tell me that there was a recall order for my car. Since those checks would take much longer, he was giving me a rental car so I would be free to head out. What a great service! The rental was a great car to drive as well!

Welcoming, service group. they always treat me with respect, listen well, always remind me of discounts that i have coming, do great work and give my truck a bath when their done.

Landmark Ford treats their customers very good. They offered me a ride home but I declined and I said, "I would wait".

Vehicle brought in for computer warning-emission purge control failed. Also in for oil change. My vehicle is in mint condition 2006 Mustang w/25500 miles,and was serviced very well.I received excellent treatment by Tan Team Managerand was great to work with.

It was a very nice experience. We had most of the deal done before we even got to the dealership. Once we were at the dealership it was pleasant and easy. No pressure and our salesman even came in on his day off to help us finish up

I had the intake manifold replaced due to a crack. I brought the car in and it was diagnosed and repaired within 2 days. The service was excellent

It was terrific. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable b/c he owns the same vehicle that we were most interested in buying. He could tell us many things about it without being pushy or pressuring us. We learned later that he was also the person that sold our son-in-law his vehicle. Neither of us knew it at the time.

Came in for an oil change. Received complimentary ride to park and back, plus car wash. All good.

My only complaint is in regards to the new "shuttle" approach to giving me a ride home. I would much prefer the old method as I typically don't have time to ride all over the county dropping others off.Thanks,Mike
