First experience with this company, never needed these services before. Stover's was recommended to us by Benjamin Franklin. They were prompt, knowledgeable, took the time to explain the process, answered our questions, and really just extremely nice people. They vacuumed water, put out 9 large fans, and 2 dehumidifiers in the area of the problem. They took my area rug to have it cleaned, and continued to monitor the area. We were very happy to learn they work directly with our insurance company, (State Farm). We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends. A+ company. I can't say enough good things about Stover's Restoration (112 E. Albert, Maize, KS 67101, 316-722-5005)! Words really cannot do justice to the peace of mind they brought me. They excel in customer service. When my local company didn't even answer the phone, and to date have not even returned my distress call, Stover was there. They truly understand that a water disaster goes beyond the physical mess. My questions were answered in the detail I wanted, the service was prompt and efficient, down to the employee cleaning the wheels on the dehumidifier before bringing it into my house. I won't hesitate using them again! My banker asked me who I used and when I told him, he said he had a great experience 5 years ago with Stover. They rock!

My 3 year old flooded the bathroom into the basement below. Mr. Stover was over within 45 min of my call to assess damage and formulate a plan. I would use them again.

Stover's cleaned up a water line break in my basement. They came out quickly, and did excellent work. There was absolutely no permanent damage to our home due to their quick work. If I had any complaint at all, they took more time than I would have preferred to do some of the wrap-up work, but it was all high quality, done right the first time. I would definately recommend them to anyone who needs clean-up work in a hurry.

After returning from a year of working in OKC. I returned to my condo to find my rentors had burned my kitchen. I called Stovers who came immediately. Oscar L was a wonderful rep who answered all my questions and concerns. He kept me informed of the progress of the cleanup while I was working. The team of ladies who cleaned my home were so kind! They showed more respect in 2days than my rentors showed in 1year!!! They were terrific from start to finish!!! TERRIFIC!!!!!!

Would definitely reccommend Stover's. They were very nice and informative. They made sure I completely understood what needed to be done and patiently waited while I called my husband and insurance company to get approval to do the work. The insurance company asked what company we were using and they were relieved when I told them it was Stover's. Very highly recommended by Allstate. No complaints at all.

I highly recommend them. They are very professional , courteous and prompt. I spoke to quite a few of their emplyees and they were all very nice.

We called them late in the afternoon and they arrrived within the hour to take care of water damage. They cleaned the carpet, set up fans and de-humidifiers all within the matter of an hour or so. Great job!

We had water damage from the tub that over flowed. The workers were on time, friendly and got to work right away. They installed fans and dehumidifiers and got everything dried out. They tested for moisture when they were done.

They did a great job coming out to our house in a timely manner. They checked for mold and water damage. They put up fans and sprayed the mold. When they came back out to get the fans they looked for mold again and made sure our walls was dry and we wouldn't have any more problems

Outstanding service! A leak from our upstairs bathroom damaged the bathroom flooring, down to the ceiling, and carpet of our finished basement. Stover's responded after hours without hesitation. They were timely, professional, and extremely knowledgable in the handling o our chaotic situation. We truly appreciated the manner in which the handled the restoration process for our home.

We had some water damage and at first we called the plumber and he recommended this company to us since we were not sure on how to handle the whole situation. We called them up at the end of day and they were here shortly after. The people we dealt with at Stovers were nice and really took the time to explain their process and gave us plenty of time to discuss the whole situation, which is nerve racking and exhausting in its self. There was no pressure from them to just get it done. We proceeded to move forward and Stovers explained what they were doing the whole way and really made us feel more at ease. They were very accommodating to our schedule (you don't get that much anymore) and always on time. When we spoke to our insurance claims person she also said she would have recommended them as well. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Excellent company! Recently had a water leakage which caused water damage in two rooms. Stover's was out within an hour of my call. They were very concerned and professional and immediately took care of what needed to be done.

We had a small house fire and the insurance company recommend this company. They were very professional and efficient. They kept us updated as they worked on various parts of the house. The staff we worked with were all very friendly and courteous. They were always on time and worked around our schedule. The house was nearly spotless once they finished. I would highly recommend this company for your restoration needs in the future!

Stover's was recommended to us by our insurance company when we had a very unfortunate thing occur in our house. We were very pleased with their promptness everyday. They had a ton of peoplle come in and work to make life easier for us. They were so nice and made a hard time much easier for us to bear. They did everything they told us they would do and didn't leave anything untouched. Overall, we were very pleased with their service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

This company was very professinal and did what they said they would. They were efficient, courteous, and very aware of not damaging my home to enact the restoration. The were puctual and returned on nappointed days and service of followup was good.

Following a fire in a building beside our property in downtown Ellsworth, we were overwhelmed, unsure of where to begin and determined to keep our business open. We called a fire restoration crew from Salina who took one look at the task at hand, and without even telling us, called Stovers. Imagine, if you will, a hardware store with hundreds of thousands of items that needed to have a layer of sooty smoke removed, three separate business areas that had to be gutted, and a two basements ankle-to-calf deep in water that had to be emptied, dried out, and treated to prevent mold. Stovers, with both Trace and Phil directing their workman, conquered those tasks with professionalism that amazed us. They were concerned and caring, knowledgeable, honest and hard-working—all mixed with a sense of humor (we needed to laugh or we would have cried!). Their advice, which certainly came from their vast experience with smoke and water damage, was invaluable. Our business never closed completely. I’m sure they wanted to say that our request was impossible, but they did all they could to isolate one area, finish their work, then move to another. Keep in mind that this was in late June and July, in the summer of 2011, when the temperature was 100 degrees plus on most days. Today were in better shape than we were before the fire! The walls are painted, the floor coverings are new, the ceiling tile and air handling systems are clean and there’s no smell of smoke anywhere! We don’t want to wish anyone ill fortune, but if it happens to you, please call Stovers. They’re the best!!
