I had a pipe burst during the day and Stovers showed up in a moments notice. They worked with Allstate very well and I am very pleased. They are prompt, professional, and very friendly. I'll recommend them to everyone else.

I called Stovers Restoration after arriving home from a five day vacation and finding my basement flooded b/c of a broken water heater. I called Stover's at midnight and they offered to come out within the hour, or in the morning - first thing - at 8:30 am. I opted for the 8:30 appt and they were punctual, actually arriving a few minutes before 8:30 am. The two company representatives introduced themselves in uniform, wore the protective shoe coverings, listened attentively, explained what they could do in a manner that I could understand, and they answered questions patiently. They were exceptionally competent, professional, capable, and a "five star" company. The company reps soaked up the water from my soggy carpet and storage room, set up the fans, measured the degree of wetness in the drywall, and even bagged my soaking wet towels and offered to wash them and return them clean, dry, and folded. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend that others use this company also. Oh yes, the company is also a preferred vendor of my insurance company and the insurance company also commented favorably on the company's honesty, quality of service, and professionalism. We were very glad we made the decision to call Stover’s when water damage occurred at our home. We were panicked when we called Stover’s, and shortly after Preston Stover arrived, we knew everything was going to be OK. Preston is not only very knowledgeable when it comes to water damage restoration, but he also knows the right way to relay that information to homeowners in crisis. His excellent customer service skills are rare in this day and age, and we felt fortunate that he responded to our call. The rest of our experience with Stover’s went well, and while we hope we don’t have a similar issue in the future, we’d definitely call Stover’s the next time.

Our water heater broke, causing a flood in our basement. Needless to say, it was a catastrophe. Our plumber arrived, gave Stover's Restoration a ring, and they came over immediately. My family and I highly recommend Stover's.

Was on time, same day service, clean, professional and worked well with the plumber and insurance agent.

I had a minor leak in the ceiling over the largest room in my basement. Once the plumber found the leak and repaired it, I had a mess to clean up with water on the floor and in the ceiling. Stovers was called and showed up within an hour. They used an industrial vacuum system to clean up the floor, including the water. They then brought in a dehumidifier and several fans to remove the water from the ceiling and any dampness in the carpet on the floor.

They returned two days later to check the dampness levels, which were much better. They removed some of the fans. They returned two days later and again tested the dampness levels in the ceiling and the floor. They removed the rest of the fans and the dehumidifier. These were noisy, but the smell of mold is much worse, and lasts longer.

Once the hole in my ceiling are repaired, they promised to come back and clean the carpets in the affected room and the stairway from the main floor.

I am pleased with their work and their professionalism. I am somewhat concerned about the cost, but I have not received a bill, yet.

I had a water pipe burst in between the first and second floor on a Saturday afternoon. After the plumber located and fixed the leaky pipe, he recommended calling Stover Restoration, which I did. They came out right away and did an excellent job of locating all of the damaged areas removing them, cleaning up the huge mess, drying out the carpet and setting up fans and a dehumidifier. So pleased with their professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

I have recently contacted Stover's to help with the water damage I had. They were very helpful,courteous and were quick to respond. They got the water all cleaned up carpet fixed. I would use them again if needed.

I would strongly recommend this company. They were very professional and kind. They came out and worked on our basement and mad sure our water leak damage was cleaned up. I would highly recommend them. Very happy with the work they did. The worker that came out was very pleasant and worked very hard.

I am extremely happy with the work that Stover's did at my home. I had smoke damage inside my home from a fire. They cleaned everything from top to bottom in my home. They had my bedding, clothes, hats, shoes, etc.. cleaned as well. They were very professional and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs assistance.

our hot water tank became a geyser in the middle of the night and they came right out and set up many fans, got the water out of the carpet, got a dehumidifier going. and took care of getting the basement dry again. This is the second time we have used them, hope we don't have any more water leaks but if we do we will be calling Stover's. Thanks The Duncans.

My basement flooded on Sunday night/Monday morning of Labor Day. Called Stovers and they were out by 2:00pm cleaning up. They were extremely efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them (or God forbid) use them again. Also, their office is very easy to work with and accommodating.

Stovers responded to my phone call and sent someone out immediately. Some of the wood floor had started to warp and buckle, due to an undetected leak from a Culligan water bottle that had slowly dripped onto the floor and subfloor (apparently for some time). When we spotted the damage, it had already affected approximately 40 square feet of the room. The person who arrived was very professional and courteous and to my surprise, began setting up the equipment to dry out the floor. The process included bringing in 2 large self-monitoring fans and a dehumidifier, which dried out the floor in 4 days. After the specialist removed the affected wood slats, he sprayed an anti-microbial / anti-mold agent and they were out of the house again within about an hour. Other than the final bill ($1685, which I thought was pretty steep), I have no complaints about the quality and timeliness of their assistance.

Stover's was amazing to work with, I called for a burst pip and moisture on the wall in the basement and Stover's had someone out in 1 day. They immediately gave me instruction on what would happen and the time frame. All my repairs were done within 1 week. I was very satisfied with the quality of their work and the professionalism from the whole team and contractors they used. I would call again and recommend Stover's to anyone who needed restoration work.

My plumber recommended Stover's when I had a water line leak in my home. Cori and Faybian were great. They told me exactly what needed to be done, and got to work right away. Great experience, very prompt and professional. Would recomend them to anyone.

My plumber recommended Stover's Restoration after a water line leaked in the kitchen while we were on vacation. The representative was at my house within the hour. I appreciated how he explained everything they would do to help dry out the water, He was careful to make sure all the hoses and cords were taped down or covered so we wouldn't trip. They have already returned once to check and tape things down and will be back again to check progress today. I am very happy with their service thus far.

Trace was great to work with. He have us the best bid and described in detail the best fix. The gentlemen that did the job were thorough and timely. We were pleased with the results and Brianna was very helpful with the billing.

Great experience with Stover's. Very quick response time, explained everything they were doing and took our situation with children under consideration as they set up equipment. Would call them again with or without insurance. (Although I really hope to not need them again)

Even before my insurance agent recommended Stovers, I had them in my home through an internet search. Of the three groups I had come through, they seemed the most reasonable. After my agent recommended them, that sealed the deal. They were at all times respectful, professional, and thorough. I recommend them.
