Even before my insurance agent recommended Stovers, I had them in my home through an internet search. Of the three groups I had come through, they seemed the most reasonable. After my agent recommended them, that sealed the deal. They were at all times respectful, professional, and thorough. I recommend them.

My insurance company recommended Stover's late Sun. night. The tech was there very quickly and very courteous and professional. When they replaced the carpet, an area was missed being tucked under the trim/threshold. When I called they were there to fix it the same day. The office is very prompt returning calls but they did a great job on the house. I would recommend this company.

I had very satisfactory results while working with Stover's when my house recently flooded due to a broken washing machine hose. They came that very night, carefully packed all my house contents and stored them, then over the ensuing days, did the very messy removal of all my flooring and baseboards, dried out everything, and after the reconstruction, they moved all my contents back in, cleaned all the debris, etc., and even hauled off some of the items that I needed removed (above and beyond what was required). Unfortunately, my son had his basement flooded about the same time, and I recommended that he call Stover's. They fixed him right up too. Great jobS!

I left the wrong person in charge of watering my plants while I was on vacation. She left the hose on, which filled my crawl space with water, flooding my basement. Stover's arrived at night in the middle of a very hectic and frantic scene. They were so professional and courteous during the entire process. Hopefully, I will never have to call on Stover's again, but I will make sure to recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services. In fact, I already have!

Two A/C units on my 3rd floor leaked a lot of water down my walls and ceilings on two floors. The mess was overwhelming when I called Stover's. They responded the same day and were able to immediately place drying equipment throughout the house. They were always professional, courteous and responsive during the nearly two week process. I highly recommend Stover's.

Our insurance called them very late in the day and they were able to come out and assess water damage from a leaking dishwasher that night. They walked the house with our insurance adjuster and provided the adjuster with all of the necessary details. They talked with us directly about the process, what they were going to do, how long it would take, when they would be out for each of the next steps. We've had 3 different people from Stover’s in our home and each one was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous - all very important when dealing with the stresses of water damage. The process has gone exactly as they have described it.

I've read reviews describing their billing process, so we made sure to keep track of everything. We did receive an itemized invoice from Stover's and spent the time to match it against our insurance estimate. We didn't have any issue with their billing - we were not overcharged and have not had to dispute anything with them.

Our Plumber called them and they arrived immediately to offer a hand and provide us with the options that we needed and walk us through the steps to get our basement cleaned up. We had a lot of damage that could have potentially hurt our family. Stover's walked us through and made sure every one was safe and secure and our damages was cleaned up that day! Upon calling Stover's Restoration, for water damage in my basement, the employees were very punctual, polite, and clean in appearance as well as the equipment. They were very prompt and professional when responding to my water damage situation. The exployees answered all of my questions. I hope I will not need their services in the future, but if I do I would not hesitate to call them again.

Our hot water tank leaked while we were on vacation and ruined the basement ceiling, floor and walls. The Stover's service techs were very prompt and courteous and did a great job cleaning and drying out our basement. I would definitely use them again!

We had moldy sheetrock in our downstairs bedroom from a leaky toilet above. They removed all the moldy sheetrock, and treated any exposed wood. Also had them clean my HVAC system and treat for mold. Fast service, very professional, would definatley use again.

The technician was very professional and proceeded to set up all the equipment and within a few days everything was back normal. We had water damage to our wood floors from a leak in the refrigerator. Stover's arrived in the afternoon to check out the damage and explain the drying process. They arranged a time the following morning to set up the drying equipment. The technician arrived promptly with the equipment and explained the process again. They were very professional and I have been pleased with the service to date. They will continue to monitor the condition of the floors. I would highly recommend them!
