Cori came out on time, and walked me through the process of restoring the damage caused by a water leak. This leak occurred in the basement ceiling during the late night - morning hours. All of the damage has not been repaired yet; but to this point I have had no issues, concerns, or complaints about the service I have received from Stover's Restoration. I will the review update upon completion.

I had a sewer back up at one of my rental properties on May 12, 2015. Insurance recommended Stovers and they came that same day. i have also used them in the past. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was done in 4 hours, carpet and pad removed, sanitized and fans/de-humidifiers placed throughout basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Stover's Restoration was perfect and met all my needs. I had a spicket bust on my outside hydrant and it flooded the basement. They were at my house in a matter of 15 minutes and started cleaning up. They answered all of my questions and explained everything to me to make me feel at ease. I knew exactly what was happening and what the costs were that were involved. We had a sump pump quit on us, leaving water all the carpet and in the drywall. Within about 15 minutes of calling, Cori arrived. He took time to explain everything and was very professional. Overall, my experience with Stovers was great and I would deffinatly recommend them!

I found water in a basement bathroom after a big storm. The plumber that came out suggested Stovers to come out and dry everything out so he could better determine the source of the water. Cori came out and gave me an estimate. He was professional and courteous. He set up the equipment and explained the process. I am pleased with the work and if I am ever unfortunate enough to be in this predicament again I will definitely use Stovers again.

Stovers was recommended by our plumber and after we called Cory from Stover's was here a half an hour before the estimated 2 hours promised.

We had a pipe burst in the subfloor of our home and there was ceiling and carpet damage. He was very professional and provided detailed information on the process of drying the 8 x 12 room out. Another technician returned in two days as promised and rechecked for dampness. Both technicians were awesome and we would definitely refer them to others.

Stovers was recommended by the sewer company we had come out when the sewer backed up in our basement. The came out immediately, cleaned the area and then sanitized it all. They were very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend the to anyone I know

Stovers was called by a local plumber for us on Friday around 9am, Cory was here by 11. The service and information he provided was awesome. The service to clean a sewer pipe under the house was very clean and professional. I would recommend them to anyone that has a mess. Stover's was recommended by our carpet cleaner after we had water damage to our basement. They responded very quickly and did a great job!

We called to our ins. co at night time since it is a 24 hrs service to report a claim on a water leaking which is cool thing to do. The ins. co. said that they always use Stovers for business. And they also said that Stovers will call us the next day to have them go over to our house which is pretty quick process. Thanks to Allstate and Stovers. Stovers did a great job drying out the water and making sure the water is completely dried out. I recommended Stovers to anybody. great effort and time. :)

The staff was wonderful from the first initial contact i made with them all the way to completion of the job. They were very friendly, responsive, and thorough. They showed up quickly and on time. They explained everything step by step and made sure we were comfortable with everything they were doing. Wonderful people and would definitely recommend them and would use them again in a heart beat!!!!
