My wife was hit by an uninsured motorist and her previous car was totaled. We thought we would have to settle for a car that was not as good considering my credit rating and the fact that we had no money down. The people at Planet Ford were awesome from start to finish. The process was surprisingly simple and we felt like we walked actually drove out of there like this is gonna be where we go four our next vehicle or recommend it to anyone we know in the market.

The service provided by Daniel was exceptional. Daniel was very helpful and helped me get into a vehicle i wanted and he did not try to sell me into buying a vehicle I did not want. I must say that between Daniel and Eric they made my expierience there very pleasant. Daniel is very professional but very nice and actually cares about what his customers needs and wants are. Daniel even assisted me in getting a better insurance w a better rate.. It has been 5 days and since i purchased my jeep and Daniel has already been in contact with me to ask if all was good and if I was enjoying my jeep.. I will refer anyone that is looking for a vehicle to daniel any given day and when I am ready to get another vehicle I will go to Daniel without a doubt.. Thank you for all your help Daniel..
