Kimberly went the extra mile in getting the car we wanted by personally going to the Planet Ford Lincoln in Spring and delivering to Planet Ford 59. She also personally called us a few days after to see how we were doing with our new car which we were grateful for the follow up. Stewart in Finance was very thorough and the technology in the signing of documents made the process easy and efficient which is much appreciated.

Was very nice, no pressure salesman was very patient when my wife changed her mind about which vehicle she wanted overall a very good experience.

Overall - Pleased. I'd have to say as far as sales go Darren did very well. He was training someone as well who doesn't seem to be very warm. I guess that might change as he is new. Again, an overall good experience. Finance was great, very friendly, helpful, even let the grandkids be kids. They had fun. Kevin in Accessories was also great. I knew what I wanted, he quoted pricing and the deal was done. Truck is there today being outfitted. Can't wait to get it back!

I actually walked out of the dealership twice but James MacDonald was persistent in all the good ways. I never felt overly pressured. What sold me was having my VW Beetle break down, not once but 2 times, during the process and James actually came by and helped me out. I honestly figured it would be a deal breaker but he and Planet Ford made it happen.

Wonderful experience. I called ahead and we came to an agreement on a vehicle and price. I then drove 3 hours to the dealership and was in and out in a little over an hour.

The main reason I came back to planet ford for my second vehicle purchase was Richard Fuller. The way he treats clients is exceptional.
