We've been customers of Planet Ford 59 since 2008. This is the third vehicle we've bought from them and we couldn't be more satisfied with them!The service department has always done great with our vehicles. The price of oil changes is very reasonable and they always have a 4 oil change booklet that makes them very affordable. I never felt the service reps were trying to sell me service that was not needed... very honest folks!

After looking over the inventory online I went to the dealership with a faint hope of leaving with the truck I wanted. Perhaps it was my attitude but I didn't stay long. Then, later that afternoon I got a call from Jay Rosenthal who asked me "how can I help you get the truck you want"? After a couple of phone conversations I went to meet Jay at the showroom. There we test drove the truck I was interested in and a short time later we had a deal. I want to say that I first was sold on Jay and then on the truck. His commitment to making me happy paid off. Jay was honest and did not pressure me while providing me with quick and direct answers to all my questions and concerns. He is a real Pro and I am sure that his attention to me was the difference!Thanks Jay!

The sales manager, salesman, and financial manager all worked to get us out of that truck and into a equivalent new truck. Everyone at the dealership worked to make the experience was as pleasant as possible while treating me with respect and kindness, which as a disabled woman, i greatly appreciated.
