Mr Kidwell was very helpful throughout the process. We came to the dealership looking for a used car and he helped us find a brand new Ford Escape that fit our family's need, our budget & our preferences. He never pushed or tried to "sell" us but rather listened and advised. The reputation of car salesmen would be much different if all salesmen were as easy, kind & helpful. He's truly a top notch salesman and you're lucky he's on your team! Finance was a different story, there was some miscommunication that caused a two day fiasco but was resolved by Tyler, the finance director, 100%. My suggestion is a better checks and balances of this dept to make sure everything is complete and correct. That said, thank you for making it right!All in all, we will be praising this dealership to our friends and family. We like to go where the deals are and yours will be a first to go see the next time we are in the market for a car. Thank you for quality.

Jack was very informative. We had a lot of questions about the new car because it is a new model. he looked up the information we were interested in about the engine and transmission and passed it on to us. He was honest about the fact that the car is so new, they have not even had training on it, and was very patient about working with us on how the seats work, the electronics, and everything.

Asked for more information online while looking for a new car. After talking with Josiah about what car to buy I made the trip from Tulsa to see about buying a car. Skeptical about spending enough to purchase a new car, Josiah being my sibling ensured me that it would actually be a good idea since it came with a warranty and maintenance plan. Even though he is my brother, he was very professional and made sure to find me the best car for the price I was willing to spend. He did keep touching my hands awkwardly but I just assumed he was excited to see his brother, then again he did just dump a girlfriend so I don't know what's going on with him. Despite my suspecting my brother is a bit messed up in the head, he took good care of me and made my girlfriend and I feel comfortable and that he cared about my price range and needs in a vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to most friends and family.

I started looking for a C-Max online and found that your prices were great. I was contacted by Josiah after visiting your website. I was going out of town for a week, but Josiah kept in touch with me while I was away and was very helpful when I came in for a test drive. He showed me all the features of the vehicle. We met the next day and took another test drive and then got down to business. It was very easy.

My experience at your dealership was excellent. No pressure, no runaround, no trying to sell me something in finance that I didn't want.The gave me suggestions, and choices to choose from. I feel like I wound up with an unbelievable good deal on a 2012 F3 50 Trucking and chassis.I will highly recommend this dealership.
