Everytime i come to kool smiles i always have a great experience. Thank you very much ladies Ileana, Asia.

I went thursday to Kool smiles for the first time ever with my kids. They got to play around and leave me alone while i filled out the paperwork. The appointment went fast and easy not only that but very great! Everyone there was great, they all explained in detail what needed to be said to me. The team work and the communicate wit employees to patients is good. I will be letting all my friend and family know about Kool Smiles and of course Ileana, Asia and Dr Boykin who were 10000000x great! Thank you all and koolsmiles.

I came in today with my son and he absolutely loved it. I thought he would be scared and not want to get anything done but from the minute i walked in i was greeted by the front desk Ms Ileana who was truely amazing. She helped me and explained all the paperwork i had to fill out. My son played while i did that so that truely helped alot. I also appreciate Jojo who did an amazing job with my son, cheered him up and made him feel comfortable thank you so much Jojo and Loan you guys are amazing! As well as the Doctor she was amazing thank you Dr. Dinh!

I came from Gretna to Gentilly to get my teeth pulled. The DA Erica works at the Gretna office but I seen her at the Gentilly one. She’s always nice to me. She helped me because I was so scared to get all these teeth pulled. But I mad it because of Erica. I will see you in Gretna.

Erica and Dr. Dinh were so nice! They made my daughter feel relaxed and made me feel comfortable (Erica even offered me a blanket when I was cold) with every part of the procedure. I’ve had dentist who were judgy and not personable but not them. The entire staff were excellent!!!!

Ms.Erica ( DA ) was the best , my son is 2 & he did not want to be there but she gave him a balloon & he was so happy . She also made sure to keep me & dad updated on his teeth & what to expect from now until the next visit .

Had a visit today and it was great. Clean , fast, and friendly environment is always a plus ! Thank you Asia for keeping me laughing in that room. I was nervous about getting my work done but you made everything go smooth. Thank you Dr. Boykin also!

Today I had a great time at kill smile. Ms Erica the tec was so nice and she explained everything to me. But the spanish girl up front had a nasty attitude we me. Thanks to Erica for making me smile.

A friend of mine recommended me to go there and the experience was great the clinic was clean and kid friendly. Thanks to Erica she was there to help me with my concerns and was able to answer every question! Very professional!!! Thanks a lot!!!

I love kool smiles! But please do something about this paperwork! I would definitely recommend kool smiles to all my friends you guys are great. thank you ileana for helping me with the paperwork you made it flow faster for me, appreciate it alot.

First time at Kool smiles and oh my goodness i am beyond impressed!!! I had the nest experience ever! It was my soms first visit he is a handful and when i tell you they treated him so good even helped while i was filling out paperwork while he ran around they entertain him and laughed wit him. Had a great experience at kool smiles! Ileana was very nice and helped me out with my paperwork today she was so sweet! Love kool smiles my kids enjoy coming at playing here until we go to the back. Cant ask for any better. By far ileana is amazing everytime i come!!! from the minute we get there until we leave always a great attitude. Thank you ileana for everything and remembering us everytime we come! Makes us feel comfortable!

Love this place, my son was in alot of pain today and i called the office i spoke to a lady named Ileana and she was able to fit me in the same day! We came at 4pm and had such a great experience thank you Ileana for helping me as well as Bereniece for being such a great assistant thank you!

Today visit was amazing. Erica and Dr dinh helped my son. He was so scared and Ms Erica help relxed him. Thanks again Erica and the best Dr Dinh . I will give ten stars for Erica

By far the best experience I have had with kool smiles. They actually allow parents to the back with their children, which most offices do not so i love that i can go to the back with my kids and see what they are actually doing. They have a lovely staff all willing to help and have great attitudes. Wanted to acknowledge Ileana for such a great job greeting me from the moment i walked in and making sure all my paperwork was correct thank you again!

Everytime i come i am always greeted by the front desk the minute i walk in to the minute i walk out. Their staff is always so happy and willing to help. It shows they have great team work. I had to fill out paperwork again but Ileana was able to explain to me exactly what needed to be done and why, which made the process much easier. Thank you Ileana.

My daughter had to come in a get work done today and everything went great ! I was bummed Asia wasn’t assisting today because my daughter loves her but she was at the front desk so of course the energy was great as soon as I walked in. We meet Bernice today and she was awesome! Thank you Asia and Berenice for having such great attitudes !
