My appointment today was for 11 unfortunately i was running late and could not make it but they were still able to still see me at 1pm. Thank you Ms Miranda and Ileana for helping me you ladies are truly amazing!

thank you Ms ileana for being so patient!! I have 5 kids and she was able to help me with paperwork and also schedule all of them together for me the next 6 months cleaning, without me even asking!! Thank you again. We will see you in 6months

The only thing i can really say that i dislike is the paperwork other than that everything else is perfectly fine. Id definitely recommend Kool smiles to friends and family. Shout out to Ileana for helping me with the unwanted paperwork but hey its was a breezy with the help! Thank You!

my overall experience was good. If you have children who are scared of the dentist, Asia , Jojo, and Berenice will take care of them for sure.

I would definitely recommend Kool Smiles in Gretna. The energy is great and the people there are very nice. I always deal with Jalisa, Asia, and Dr.Din and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Thank you all !

Thank you Asia and Dr Boykin ! You guys are great. Your personalities remind me of my own family members. That made it so much easier for my daughter to stay calm. She’s had bad experiences at other dentist offices. so we know for sure Kool Smiles Gretna is our new home!

Today my 3 boys had a good experience. Though we were about 20 min late, Asia was at the front desk and let my boys get their cleanings with no problem! She explained paperwork very well and joked with my boys to make them feel comfortable.

Thanks Asia for always being so sweet and funny. ! My daughter loves you! Can’t wait for my little one to get some teeth so she can meet you!

Today was amazing. Erica and maruce was great and Erica have a great personality. Thank you for helping me.

I perfer this office more than any other office. They are so professional, outstanding teamwork, they are busy bodies up in kool smiles. They all seem to have great communication. I had a wonderful experience. To say that i was 20 mins late (opps) my fault, but Ms Ileana was able to still see me today with no issues and she also allowed me to run down the street to get my orher children who mind you Where NOT on The schedule!!! She was amazing!!! I was able to get all 3 of my kids seen today thanks to her, thank you again Ms Ileana like i told you, you are the best!

Fui hoy con mi familia a kool smiles y de verda que me encanta. Todo mundo que trabaja son tan dulces y tan buenos con los pacientes! Me encanto que el doctor Boykin sabe un poco de español! Eso si es bueno! No solo eso pero q la muchacha que trabaja enfrente habla Espanol tambien es muy bueno. Eso definitivamiente se necesita en una oficina. Ive had such a great experience today at kool smiles! I called earlier to see if they had any opening and Ms Ileana was able to give me an appointment right away!!! She was able to verify my insurance in less than 30mins, call me back to let me know i was set. Soon as i arrived she had my paperwork ready for me and it was a breeze from there. Everything was so explained and everyone was so nice! thank you again Ileana!

By far the best experience I have had with kool smiles. They actually allow parents to go to the back with their children, which most offices do not so i love that i can go to the back with my kids and see what they are actually doing. They have a lovely staff all willing to help and have great attitudes. Wanted to acknowledge Erica for such a great job greeting me from the moment i walked in and she said good evening, and I didn't think she was going to be my child nurse thank you again Erica!

Erica the dental assistant was hands on and friendly. Dr . Boykin was exceptional engaged with my 8 yr old daughter made her forget about work getting done.

Went there last saturday and i cant tell you enough how impressed i was with how fast and amazing they were. The fact that they open on Saturday for me is a plus i will definitey recommend this place to friends and family! Thank you Ileana and the office manager Miranda for being so kind.
