My son's tooth had broken in half on a Friday evening (right before the 4th of July and an hour before the office was due to close) and I called Kool Smiles for help after looking online. My family and I are new to the area and I have NEVER seen any business work as fast or as hard as they did for my son. Sherrell was his dental assistant and she was AWESOME! For that matter the entire staff was amazing and very professional. Thank you very much to each and every one of you who took time to not only see my son but have our insurance information completed, getting us seen quickly, and his smile back as perfect as it was before we came in. THANK YOU!

Had to bring my kids in for a cleaning on yesterday and the staff and service were excellent. Erica explained everything that needed to be done to further care for my kids teeth moving forward. Would recommend to anyone.

Great place for any family or friends. The professionalism is awesome and not to mention how great they are with kids. Love the fact that they also have bilingual employee's like Ileana Wilson who assisted me with both my daughters by making them feel very comfortable and motivated to always want to return.

sherrell and jalisa we're wonderful, and had lots of patience with my 6 year old. will be bringing my 4 year old.

I brought my daughter in this morning, and Erica was our DA. She was WONDERFUL. My daughter needed 6 fillings, and was very nervous. Erica was professional, kind and patient with us.

I am very pleased with my visit today at kool smiles today. I was helped as soon as I needed them. I really loved their nurses especially Erica she made me and my daughter feel warm and welcoming and she eased my daughters fears of the dentist. I would recommend them to anyone with kids

Today i came in to get my fillings to prepare my self to get braces.Sherrell and Daigle are working on me. I didnt feel anything. It actually went by fast.

Erica was wonderful and so helpful!! Especially since the last dentist we went to on LaPalco was so horrible that my daughter was concerned walking in. Erica calmed her immediately and continued to stay with her throughout the procedure and comfort her. I am so happy that we found a dental office that really cares. They all worked together at Kool Smiles and my concerns where all taken seriously and responded to with kindness.
