Great denitist office with Genuine service absolutely love the receptionist Ileana she seemed to be caring and printed out an Elsa color sheet for my daughter since she was a little nervous…

My little boy was seen today 11/18. He has a mild form of autism and was scared about having an extraction. Hes absolutely a daddys boy and we thought he would handle things better if both parents were with him. Usually they only allow one parent but our Assistant Christina Medina and our dentist Dr Kewalramni were absolutely amazing with our son and did everything necessary to make him comfortable. They were so gentle and compassionate with him. He breezed right through and did better than we expected! I am very happy with both the Dr & assistant. They made this absolutely trauma free for my little man!

Absolutely love this dentist office. The staff is very friendly and professional. The minute we arrive to the office we get greeted by the polite receptionist name Ileana, she gives me the paperwork required each visit and we do not have to wait a long period to be called to the back. I have been going to this office for over 2 years now and my children and I enjoy going to the dentist thanks to the niece experience we always have at this office.

Today visit was wonderful. Mrs Erica and Dr K was amazing. They was great at their job. I will come back to get more work done with them two. Thanks kool smiles. I spoke to the manager Miranda about Erica. She a great worker.

My daughter had to have a filling put in and a extraction. Our assistant Erica was the best. She kept my baby smiling and entertained the whole. The procedures went off without a hitch and with no problem. They were very professional and even tho my baby was so scared they relaxed her and got their jobs done without any problems. Thank you Erica and Doc for everything. APB

Wonderful experience every time my son has an appointment. The staff is very professional. On 10/7/16, Miranda caught my attention. She answered any questions and concerns I had dealing with my son treatment. Miranda showed showed 100% dedication in her work and getting the job done. I look forward to the next visit. Today was a great visit for my kids and the DA Erica was amazing. The front office was great too. Ilena & Terrsa was good in the front too

Ileana at the front desk was very nice had everythe organized ���� My husband was affraid of the dentist until he got dental work with Dr. K & Dr.Dinh

I enjoy myself at kool smiles. Erica the DA was great and has a great personality. She know how to make u feel special. she was great with my kids and wife.

Great place for dental needs. They are very fast and friendly. Miranda took her time and made appointments for my grand kids. I wish they take my insurance

Very courteous, professional staff. Had about 45 minutes of waiting past the appointment time but I guess that's what happens when you are busy due to high customer satisfaction. Small price to pay for great, friendly service. Staff knows how to make children feel comfortable during dental procedures.

Erica and Dr. Dinh are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! They both are Professional and take their time to explain each step to both the parent and patient, constantly checking to make sure the patient is comfortable. Need a A+++++++++++++++ Dentist and Awesome Staff call Kool Smiles Gretna

I love Kool Smiles, however my experience on Wednesday was not as great as it usually is. My sons dental assistant Erika wasn't that kid friendly on top of that she told the doctor false information on how I wanted the treatment to go for my son. Overall the dr was excellent at communicating what she was getting ready to do and how she planned to do it. If my son had that dr and dental assistant JoJo on Monday his reactions to his treatment what have went smoothly for him. I love JoJo she's always patient and meets all my kids needs when we go there. I wish I can have her as my kids dental assistant on every visit she is EXCELLENT!!!

I had a great visit today, my DA was Ms Erica She was very nice & she knows her job very well. Erica explain everything to me about my child work. I will be back to visit Kool smiles. Thank you ms Erica.

Sherrell and Miranda were very helpful in informing me of the process I need to go through to have my daughters wisdom tooth extracted. They both went above and beyond their duties to making sure we were taken care of. I appreciate y'all!!! Great team work!

Dental assistant Erica is the BEST.. The reason I will absolutely return with my daughters.. One of daughter were extremely scared of getting a crown (1st time) and i myself was nerves also.. Erica made the experience wonderful and helped her relax she makes you feel like more than just a patience but family.. Way to go Erica.. Defintely requesting her for next visit!!!!
