I had a great and friendly professional experience today with my salesman Razzak. Razzak and Jim today were very professional and courteous to me. I have purchased 15 vehicles in last 7 yrs for myself or friends or family members. I am a repeat customer at Schaumburg Honda due to the great service i receive before and after the sale!! I continue to come back to Schaumburg Honda.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but most of all patient with us as we made our decision and in pointing out all of the "bells and whistles" on our new vehicle. He explained everything thoroughly and was good at representing the Honda brand.

Just purchased a 2010 Honda Civic Hybrid from Schaumburg Honda. The purchasing process was low pressure and professional due mostly to the attitude of my salesman Mike Gargano He treated me professionally by selling his product, his dealership and himself. There was some negotiating to be done, but that worked well for both sides! Overall a good buying experience.

It was great, everything went perferct. I counld belive that he was able to offer the price we were looking for. Made the whole thing seem perfect. It almost otok no time, everything was going so fast. He was doing a great job, help ing and guiding us through the buy.

Great help from Mario, responsive, explained everything in details. He was very helpful in procedural details and asked if I needed anything else explained in the lease agreements and what not.
