We had a great experience today with Mario. We came to just look at a car but because of a great deal, we decided to purchase it on the spot.

Process was surprisingly quick but await financing and the signing of the paperworks. Mario was very efficient and helpful even for the bags provided to pack up the Lexus. For a demo, the oil was changed and the car gassed for our departure.

My purchase was pretty fast and easy. I got a complete walkthrough of all of the features of my new car and a test drive.



I had an issue with tire pressure when I left abut it was handled dquickly and profressionally.

This is my second lease from Schaumburg Honda, and Kurt has helped me both times. Iwent with a new CRV. The drive is much better then my old civic and the extra storage in the back helps out a lot.

Schaumburg Honda is great and our sales rep, Roger, was even better! He got me a hard to come by car in the same day. The car buying process was very smooth and painless. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable.

I purchased a new 2012 CRV EXL from Irfan a year ago at Schaumburg Honda. My husband went for oil change he met Irfan as usual and Irfan showed him the new Accord with side camera and lot of other things on the car and told my husband to buy this new accord and he will get him a very good price. We went and spoke to Irfan and the deal we were offered could not be feused since our payment dropped a lot.....

Irfan is the best salesman we have and we will always buy from him....

We came to Schaumburg Honda just to take a look at a couple of cars we were interested in. We had no expectation of purchasing a car this weekend. But, the quality of CRVs we saw and the service we received from Andre was top notch. We realized that the car we wanted was a great deal so we decided to purchase. We are so glad we did. We are particularly glad that we got to work with Andre as our salesman. He was terrific. He gave us so much information about each vehicle we looked at and was just very customer-focused. We look forward to working with him again someday!

Overall good, Gerald was very helpful and we were satisfied with his knowledge of the company, the details about cars etc.
