Very friendly, efficient service. Ben was very knowledgeable and held to his promises relayed over the phone from the previous day. When we arrrived, Ben was off site and another salesman helped us so that we would not have to wait. We appreciated that very much.

Our experience here has been very pleasant. Rodger McClintock was courteous helpful and patient. He allowed us to find the cars we wanted without unwanted pressure. We first looked at the cars on Friday and then returned on Monday for test drives. Rodger was busy with another customer so Lukas who just started went on test drives with us which allowed us to try IL 53 and to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would recommend Schaumburg Honda to all of our friends.

John was excellent from beginning to end. He was extremely quick to respond via email to questions I had the day before the purchase. On the actual day of the purchase, he had the vehicle moved up front before I even arrived. He went to bat for me regarding my trade-in, and was an all around pleasant salesman.
