The Doctors, nurses, billing department, everybody was excellent and helpful and kind just a 10/10!

Dr Chuback and his office personnel are so friendly, caring, patient and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and point me in the right direction for issues I have had most of my life. Every employee took the time to make sure I understood the issues and treatment course, All made sure I was okay and not in pain. I feel so confident after my treatments and on my way to better health.

Dr. Chuback gave a clear explanation of my vein problems and the nature of each treatment. Very professional. The office was clean and all appointments occurred on time. Staff members, including nurses and ultrasound technicians were friendly and professional.

Excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable and not afraid. Dr. Chuback deserves 10 stars. I would recommend him to anyone who is having vein issues. He is the best.

Dr. Chuback was nothing short of amazing. He was very attentive, involved and genuinely concerned for me. He spent plenty of time explaining everything to me and how things were going to work. He even took extra time to explain other family concerns and give me a short lesson on veins. Absolutely fantastic!

Dr Chuback gets to the root of the problem. His office creates a thorough treatment plan. They are willing to work with insurance. The staff is helpful, caring, compassionate and knowdgeable.

I have seen other doctors for my vein problems for years and when I came to see Dr. Chuback I was impressed after my first couple of treatments, I see my legs are so much better now, I no longer have the pain I used to have, I no longer have to take pain killers. I dealt with this vein issue in my legs for so long and I feel like Dr. Chuback has changed my life. I am grateful.

Coming to see Dr. Chuback, I have found that his staff is grade A, dedicated, knowledgeable, well-prepared, very friendly, and highly trained to work in conjunction with the work that needs to be done by the doctor. Dr. Chuback makes me feel very confident and is very thorough with when describing and explaining my procedures/diagnosis. Dr. Chuback is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and its different functions, and how the different parts of the body correlates with one another. I have always felt comfortable with him, and he has an excellent bedside manner.

The entire office staff is great! He is an amazing doctor and there should be a lot more providers like him. Dr. Chuback is great listeners and cares a lot about his patients.

Comfortable and easy process!

It was an amazing experience having my veins treated here. Doctor Chuback is very knowledgeable, caring and very polite. He does an amazing work and is strongly recommended. This is not my first time seeking treatment via a vascular surgeon. However, there is no other practice/Doctor like this one! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is miraculously clean, and very professional environment.
