I've been satisfied over the past 5 years of coming to the practice. I've had 2 successful laser vein surgeries and multiple sclerotherapy injections in the office. All of the staff members always greet me with kindness and respect. The booking staff members always help coordinate my appointments and are prompt in finding alternate times if I need to reschedule. Dr. Chuback is able to put me at ease while administering vein procedures. The medical assistants the help are amazing as well.

Dr Chuback is a great doctor, he did an excellent job explaining the treatment and follow up and the injections were as painless as I could imagine. I was nervous for the laser treatment but his demeanor and confidence was very reassuring. He and Raquel made the whole thing into a good experience. Thank you.

I"ve been going to Dr. Chuback for almost a year for a series of procedures. Not only does Dr. Chuback have outstanding credentials, he is also very professional and thorough. He always explains everything he does and listens to my concerns. His staff members, techs and nurses are all friendly, competent and very accommodating. Everyone takes their jobs seriously here so you feel well cared for. The new office is beautiful and spotless. I highly recommend Chuback Medical Group.

I recently received several treatments for vericose veins in both of my legs. Dr. Chuback, Kristen and all of the staff at Chuback Medical Group are friendly, supportive, professional and outstanding! They go out of their way to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable. I couldn't be happier with the service and results I received. My legs are now painful and I no longer have any swelling! They also look fabulous and I can now wear a dress without feeling subconscious. Thank you all!
