First day I came in I met with Dr. Chuback and was very comfortable. I'm glad that I found Doctor Chuback and was able to treat with him.

After 4 children, I finally decided to take care of my varicose veins/venous insufficiency. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr. Chuback. He is professional, attentive to details, technically skilled, and has great clinical judgement. My results are amazing - so excited to wear shorts again!

I would highly recommend Dr. Chuback and his staff to anyone that has a problem with their veins. I received the best care. The doctor and the staff go beyond caring for the patient. Everyone in this office are patient, kind, knowledgeable and caring. Excellent care I received.

Dr. Chuback is very knowledgeable and meticulous. He makes a point to clarify the goal of each procedure and lets his patient know what to expect beforehand.

Dr. Chuback has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've met! He cares not only about your medical issues, but your home and family issues, as well.
