The skepticisms I harbored prior to going in for the procedure, were professionally addressed. Also, the team compromising the doctor and medical assistants, were a fine blend of professionalism at its finest and classic humaneness.

my experience was great, i felt like the dr and the staff were very tentative through out the whole process, made sure all of my questions and potential questions were answered thouraly, they were checking on my condition and how i felt the whole time and went though the aftercare process with me so i understood it properly. 100% professional from when i walked into the door until the end of my procedure.

Performed 3 hair transplants on me with excellent results

Dr. Parungao and (as importantly) his team made it easy for me to come back for a second round. I never thought I would do any type of surgical hair replacement yet here I am for a second round. I trusted the Dr. to guide me through the first appolintment and focus on my hairline instead of my crown which worried me the most but he turned out to be exactly right! Having a full natural looking hairline first was amazingly rewarding... then this second time we filled up the big spot on my head. In a few months I'll share some photos. The team is completely NON judgemental and make it easy to just be you and get thorough as easily as possible. If you want to converse there is lots of laughing. If you want to be quiet they will respect that too.
