The staff was so friendly and positive, it made the experience very enjoyable. The procedure went very smoothly with minimal pain/discomfort, and I was completely pain free by the next day.

Can not be happier with the friendliness of the staff and how helpful everyone was. I couldn't be happier after doing this.

My hairline looks and is perceived by others as a masculine hairline. But being a trans feminine person it is important for me to be able to pass as female in public. So my hair was a great source of anxiety and distress.
