right from pre consultation until towards the post procedure, each and every staff member were very friendly, co-operative and explained every single step through the process as well as answered every question i had. overall it's been a great experience and looking forward to the positive results. thank you.

Dr. Parungao was very personal and did an excellent job of explanations of all procedures. The med assistants were very kind and also did a superb job of explaining everything. Were friendly and very communacative. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience with all.

After my first procedure i had a bad experience with results and service. But after getting my second procedure at Bosley chicago location, i changed my opinion.
