When the plumbers finished my sewage backup issue I was a mess. When Cori with Stover's Restoration came to my home right away and put my mind at rest. Very professional and friendly.

We had a sump pump go out and our entire finished basement was covered in water. Cori Borjas and his partner were there shortly after 8am when our insurance contacted them. They were quick, professional, and they're expertise was so reassuring! I would highly recommend Stover's.

Stover's Restoration was very professional and easy to work with. They did everything they said they would do in a timely manner. No surprises.

Within a few minutes of my plumber contacting Stover's I was on the phone with a representative that scheduled an appointment within the hour. Cori came and was very professional he did his assessment of the issue gave me feedback and insight let me know the damage and what I was looking at. Helped me start my insurance claim and got to work. My kids enjoyed talking to him as well. Good job I will definitely recommend this business to friends if they ever need this type of service.

Within a few hours of being called, Stover's sent Shawn out and he was able to get things assessed and and cleaned up right away. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

While my wife and I were away from the house, a hose leading to one of our main floor toilets cracked, permitting water to spray out from it. The issue went unnoticed until the water began to run through the floors and into the basement, as the only people at home were our boys, who were in the basement. By the time they noticed there was a problem, water had saturated the floors in five adjacent floors to that bathroom, as well as ran through the basement ceiling, below. Shawn came out as soon as he could and remediated what we couldn't on our own. He was very professional, kind, hard-working and efficient. He was very knowledgeable as well. We highly recommend Stover's Restoration! Thanks, Shawn!

We had water in our basement and we called Stover's. They were out within the hour and they started cleaning up the mess. They were very fast and efficient. Will definitely call them again.

We came home from vacation and found the entry way ceiling wet and starting to come down. After shutting off the water to the house and removing a portion of the damage sheetrock, we found duct work was obscuring the source of the water leak. Stover restoration promptly came out and found HVAC workers that came out that day to remove the ducting. With the ducting removed, the plumber was able to fix the leak. Then Stover immediately came out and starting drying the walls and floor before mold could start forming. We were especially apprective that Stover found HVAC workers to remove the ducting expeditiously, so that the plumber could fix the leak.

Stover's Restoration is a Great company! We had a burst pipe in our basement. I contacted them in the evening and Zach A. came out immediately to assess the damage. He was very informative and helpful. They were back out the next morning to start on the work of cleanup. They did a wonderful job and are so very nice. They answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to friends, family and neighbors!

My first experience with a restoration company was an eye-opener, but Shawn put my mind at ease by explaining what had to be done in a way I could understand. Very high quality work and very professional manner.

My Mom and I came home from an overnight trip to her house flooded from a busted pipe under the kitchen sink. Insurance recommended Stovers. The minute my Mom called she felt more calm. The lady that answered and took the information was quick, kind and efficient. She sent a team over in less than an hour. Cori B. got there and assessed the situation and called for additional help to make sure they could get the house in better shape quickly. He explained step by step what they needed to do, what the next steps were. He was so calm and professional. He also noticed a family bible sopping wet under pieces of ceiling that has fallen down. He brought it upstairs to put in the freezer to allow my Mom to pull apart pages. It was an extremely thoughtful thing to do to help her with a family heirloom. His team worked their tails off to get things cleaned and the water sucked out. They set up all the fans and Cori is coming back today to check on the drying progress. He's been such a huge help to my Mom and made feel more at ease with the entire process.

Zach was very prompt and professional. Stover's didn't finish until they were for sure that all moisture was remediated.

We had a pipe leak and within an hour Tyler was on site and handled the situation. He was professional, accurate and on time! Would call Stover’s Restoration again!

I had a pipe break in a wall, which flooded my basement bedroom. I had no idea how to start cleaning up, so I called Stover's Restoration, at 9:00 pm, since they advertised "24 hour service". The technician assured me the office would call me at 8:00 the next morning to set up an appointment, as I told him the cleanup could wait until the morning.

Sure enough, promptly at 8:00 am, the office called and said a technician would be able to come out between 9 and 10 that same morning ! I was so pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and the super fast appointment.

The technician, Justin C, called at 9:00 to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and extremely nice, and after he inspected the damage, was very thorough in explaining and showing me what needed to be done and why.

He suggested calling my insurance company to file a claim (I had not even thought about that yet !) and took the time to explain how insurance usually handled these situations. He also gave me a website to review the company, which would allow me to get several hundred dollars off my deductible. I was extremely happy with that !

He set right to work, after getting my authorization, and within 2 hours had taken up the laminate flooring, used a water vacuum to suck up all the water and sprayed with an antimicrobial agent. He also put multiple fans and a dehumidifier in place to dry out the area.

I highly recommend this company and will use them again, without hesitation, if the need ever arises. What a pleasure to do business with people who are professional, prompt, courteous and honest. A+++++

I am so thankful that the receptionist sent Shawn my way.Shawn was fantastic! He worked tirelessly all day to clean out the yucky sewer water-damaged articles in my basement as well as the walls and baseboard pieces that need to be replaced. He cleaned my basement so I could go back in safely and Shawn set fans everywhere to dry out the basement. He checked on me daily to see how progress in the basement was coming along, and was very polite to me as well as to the plumbers who began working in my basement to begin recreating a new sewer system. Truly he made my nightmare a more endurable reality, by rescuing the memorabilia and items that had meaning to me. Thank you Shawn for your kindness and professional courtesy. I am thankful for Stover Restoration. I will refer others to you!
