Stover's did an excellent job in all areas to help better this process. Crew was very prompt and carried themselves with great professionalism throughout the whole ordeal. Cori did a great job explaining the process and making sure I understood fully what needed to be done before starting. Every time they came back they always showed up ready to work and could tell they really liked what they did, which says a lot about the company they worked for. Front every phone conversation to face to face, this company is top notch and if I get into this situation, they will be the only company I use moving forward for remediation advice.

Very prompt. Arrive the same day I called. Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very organized and knew exactly what to do. They stayed when everything was hooked up and running.

We didn’t even know where to start when our basement flooded. Stover’s was able to send someone out within 2 hours and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional and made sure we understood every step they took. Eric P. was our main technician and he made this a great experience when we were in a frustrating situation. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Our experience with Stover's and Shawn was great! They were on site soon after our initial call and had equipment up and running soon after. Shawn was very knowledgeable and very courteous and patient in answering all of our questions - and we had a lot of them (questions) since the water was mostly in our 6yo daughter's room. Everything is now dry and we feel very confident that our daughter is sleeping in a safe environment. We would highly recommend Stover's to anyone needing the services they provide! They came out in a very timely manner, and did a thorough job. For cost, I did not have time to compare, as I quickly wanted my carpet to start getting dry, so not sure if they are considered cheap or what.

All the help is very professional and answered all our questions. The work was done in a timely manner and we highly recommend them.

Everyone at Stover’s Restoration from start to finish was amazing! Like many others I had water damage in my basement with the continued rain, but Stover’s didn’t make me feel like just another customer. They took such great care of me in my time of need. Cori B came out first thing in the morning. He was prompt and very professional. He introduced himself gave me business cards for future contact. He explained everything in detail so I understood exactly what they were going to do. He was very thorough with his initial check. Cori B was very respectful and courteous to me and my home. I am so grateful for Stover’s Restoration.

We had a pipe burst this week that flooded half our basement. I called Stover’s Restoration and they were at my house within 15 minutes. Nick and Eric went above and beyond. They explained everything in great detail and made me feel very comfortable. They were even able to refer me to a plumber, and because of their referral they got me in same day. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, and would use them again in a heartbeat if I ever need their services again.

After discovering a basement water leak, we called Stover’s. They promptly sent Tyler out to assess the situation and get fans and dehumidifiers set up that day. Carpet was pulled back to facilitate faster drying, and gym equipment was propped up to prevent rust. Within three days, everything was dry as promised! Once the restoration is complete, they will steam clean the carpets. They made the situation much less stressful and offered excellent advice regarding insurance and the rest of the cleanup.

Shawn was excellent! He relieved ny stress after finding 2 inches of water in my basement. Great service and very efficient!

Cori B was our technician. He was very professional and took really good care of us. He came in, introduced himself with a business card and then got to work. Our basement was cleaned out in less than an hour and the whole house smells considerably better. PS - He didn't walk across my lawn!

Stepping off our bottom basement step early one morning I was greeted by an inch plus of water throughout our basement from a faulty hot water heater that had spewed water virtually all night long. After the initial search and discovery mode I quickly shut the main water valve, grabbed a squeege and started pushing water in the direction of our sump pump. The realization, like the proverbial young Dutch boy who tried to plug the hole in the dam saga immediately hit me. There was no way I could begin to make even the slightest progress moving the what seemed like thousands of gallons to our sump pump. Regaining my senses We needed to contact our insurance company and discover our options available. Not that this person was unconcerned, but inderstandably it was not his basement that was flooded. Yes, they would contact a business that dealt with disasters of this type and have them contact me. When, was my next question since it was still very early morning? “Not sure it depends on when I can get ahold of someone there,” he answered.
Everyone knows that even after the source of leak was stopped the longer the water stands the more damage that occurs. Luckily a couple of doors down I have a neighbor who is an employe of Stover’s Restoration. When I called Denise she was at the gym, but she immediately stopped her workout and in less than thirty minutes Stover’s Restoration was in my basement starting as their name implies, restore and fix my water disaster. Justin was our lead person, and he was so professional and so friendly I knew immediately we were in great hands and had no doubt they would return our basement to its original pre-leakage status. He and Shawn worked diligently for multi-hours to extract the water, virtually triage the worst areas, like inside interior walls and rearranging furniture to expediate the process. What a relief to have professionals assuring us they had everything covered, which included documenting the damage for our insurance provider and maticulously explaining what they were doing as well as the why they were doing it. Soon they had seventeen fans two large heater/dehumidifiers in operation. It took six days but our basement is dry once again, thanks to Justin and Stover’s Restoration. I also did not realize they will return when we are ready for them to shampoo and restretch our carpeting, thoroughly clean all areas that were damaged, everything needed to make our basement area even better and cleaner then it was prior to the leakage.
If you are unforunate and need the services like mine you have the choice to call who you want, and I would highly recommend STOVER’S RESTORATION! They are quick, they are professional, they are friendly, they will immediately provide you with a sense of relief in a very stressful situation, and they return daily to inspection the progress needed to return your property back to its original condition. Stover's Restoration has been great to work with! We called to report water damage outside of normal business hours and they had someone out very quickly to being water removal. We appreciated their speed of work, as well as their professionalism, communication, and expertise about what would need to be done.

This company is truly the best. After the initial call for services they arrived at my home within 20 to 25 minutes. Very professional, knowledgeable, and Team Work. They were really concerned about making sure that the house was completely dried out, and that everything was in working order along with any concerns or questions that I had. Due to a water pipe breaking in our basement while on vacation, we were in great need of a restoration company. Stover's Restoration was recommended to us as being a reputable company. They have been awesome from beginning to end walking us through this very stressful situation. The entire crew has been professional, respectful, and prompt. Preston coordinated all aspects of this recovery process and answered all of our questions. We were impressed at how the employees worked in a timely manner and felt we were being taken care of by people who were well trained and cared about their work. My husband & I would certainly recommend Stover's Restoration services.

VERY PLEASED with Shawn's prompt and laborious removal of soaked carpet in my basement due to a broken sump pump. He installed a dehumidifier and disinfected the area. More fans and another dehumidifier were brought in later. I believe his quick action prevented further wicking of the water up the walls for which we're grateful; however, since our insurance did not cover the water damage, the final bill for this job was a bitter pill to swallow.
