A five star rating seems 'limiting' when evaluating the service provided over the years by University Moving and Storage to me and my family. This Grand Rapids moving company has moved my family to Michigan, to Connecticut, to Pennsylvania, ALMOST to Colorado, to the Middle East and (finally) back to Philadelphia! The reason why I go to GREAT EXTENT to use University Moving and Storage (Grand Rapids) is due to the unbelievably, fantastic customer service provided by their professional team. Kevin, Courtney and (especially) Jennifer have been my key contacts during all my moves throughout the country and across the world (and back). They are superb at what they do and I will seek them out to provide their service whether I move across the street or to the moon - whatever my origination point is. I definitely don't have to be in Grand Rapids OR Michigan to seek this group out. They will always be my 'moving professional' of choice and I recommend them to anyone and everyone to use them as well!

When looking to move half way across the country I talked to several companies.



University Moving was the most thorough when they came to see what needed to be moved.



Jennifer was incredible with her communication through the whole move before and after.

My experience with University Moving and Storage was very positive. They are competent, responsive and cost competitive. The movers were also very professional and courteous.

I had a wonderful experience with University and North American.

Kevin (from University) came over and gave me a very accurate estimate. The final bill was a little less than the estimate. Kevin has a great sense of humor and made it fun.

Jennifer and Kevin kept me informed as to when the movers would arrive to pick up my stuff.

Wally Smith and Brian arrived on time to pick up my stuff. The were very professional, friendly and very fast.

Brian and Wally delivered my things when they said they would. They were even faster unloading. They gave me an easy to use check sheet to make sure everything got here.

NOT ONE THING WAS BROKEN!!!

I was never sorry I hired University Moving and Storage/North American Van Lines.

Used them for two moves and both wer excellent!!!

Jennifer was professional and everything went as planned.



Jason and his moving crews were on time professional and very hard working.



I worked for a moving company for 10 years as a Mover/Driver,Dispatcher and Assistant operations Manager and know qualiy moving.

I have used their services several times to move a car, furniture and household goods internationally. Everything was well packed and arrived without damage.



All shipments arrived in the time frame I specified.



Kevin Nieboer and Jennifer Wax were very helpful with all the details and paperwork.



I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.
